Chapter Two - Reunion Part 1

The long wait is finally over! it's vacation! Yes! I can now have some peace and quiet. Don't get me wrong, I love my job, my pupils. Teaching is my passion pero syempre bilang isang tao napapagod din ako kaya kahit gaano pa ko kasaya sa pagtuturo eh gusto ko rin ng bakasyon, "me" time kung baga.

So dahil bakasyon first things first I need to organize my home, tapon ang dapat itapon. Ayoko kasi ng makalat, gusto ko maayos, maaliwalas at refreshing. After two days na general cleaning, yes two days kasi mag isa lang ako di kaya ng powers ko ang isang araw. Pero wait, baka isipin nyong malaki tong bahay ko ha. Maliit lang, living room, kitchen & dining, one bed room, isang cr sa kwarto saka isa malapit sa kitchen, tapos may maliit akong terrace, at carpark. Town house, naloan ko galing sa teacher's loan haha! Asking why am I alone? Naku mahabang kwento.

So eto na nga, reunion. Tumawag ang mama ko asking me to come home in Bulacan this Weekend, uuwi raw lahat ng relatives na maaaring umuwi from different countries and provinces. So since its vacation I don't have any reason to say no. So now, I'm preparing myself to meet my family and relatives.

Its been a year since I've been to bulacan, it's not that super layo nila from my place kaya lang kasi nakakapagod ang byahe, I prefer to sleep and rest than to travel. The last time I went there was last summer vacation for my niece's first birthday. Actually kung hindi nya birthday hindi ako uuwi, kaso ayun ayoko naman mamiss yung milestone na yun ng pamangkin ko kaya gorabels ako.

So eto na nga, I wear jeans and shirt plus rubber shoes, kasi sa bahay lang din naman ang reunion at pamilya ko naman ang nandun so no need to dress up. Although I put a little make up, lipstick , kilay and blush on pak na yon! Wag lang akong maputla sa harap nila. Haha! Now I'm driving my way to Bulacan. Phew! See you guys in bit!
