Once in a Lifetime

"I love you too Y/N." He said once you let go you looked at him his blue eyes sparkling with love,

"Promise?"

"I'll always love you and I'll always be yours forever in a lifetime" He assured causing you to smile wider.

"Niall James Horan you are amazing." You told him and he chuckled.

You looked at his hand as it Began to fade.

"Niall What's going on?" You asked looking around as everyone started to disappear. Nialls expressions changed as he looked at you.

"Y/N What's wrong?" He asked his voice becoming distant. You didn't get a chance to answer as he had already disappeared along with everything else along with your self.

You looked around as a house began to appear you noticed it. It was you and Niall's shared place you hadn't been there in years you quickly walked up to it twisting the door nob pushing it open. You gasped it was exactly how you left it. The pictures of you and Niall still stood there on the shelves. You walked towards them looking at them. You looked around, where were you? Why were you here?

"Y/N!" A voice call a familiar voice Niall's voice. You turned around starting to walk towards the sound. You went ended up in the back room where you found Niall sitting at a table with a pencil and paper. His guitar sitting beside him.

"Niall?" You said in surprise. you weren't expecting him to be here from where you were standing it looked like he never left. He didn't turn around,

"Niall what are you doing here?" You asked. No response he was just sitting there writting.

"NIALL!" You yelled walking in the room he didn't answer and then you heard a knock on the door you looked In the direction to see yourself. Your eyes widened as she spoke.

(A/N this gets confusing too I really hope you get this so far but now I'm just going to write it as you watching this one because this one is a flashback. So I'm going to be referring to you in the past as (she) and you in the present would be (you) you get it? Okay carry on.)

"Did someone call for help?" She asked smiling as Niall turned around and smiled.

"Yeah I'm writing a song about us and I want to see if you like it." He said to her and she laughed.

"Haven't all the songs you wrote about us sucked?" She joked and he laughed

"Very funny Y/N now listen please." He said and she nodded. As he picked up his guitar and started playing a familiar tune. Your eyes darted to him as you realized what song it was. You looked around and then you looked at your self. You remembered this. This is the past probably one of your best memories that's why he couldn't hear you. You sat down next to your self. As Niall began singing

And pointed to you well her and then himself as he finished the song off. You looked at yourself the tears in her eyes.

"Did you like it.?" He asked and she got up and grabbed his face kissing him all over the place.

"Yes! Yes! Yes! It's perfect! It's beautiful! I love you so much Niall." She exclaimed and he smiled kissing her back properly. You stood up smiling at you and Niall. How happy you both were, you walked out of the room as you walked into another.

Niall was sitting on the couch Louis was rubbing his back. The setting changed you looked around you were in Louis' apartment. You looked back at the two Niall was crying you stepped closer.

"I miss her so much." He cried

Was he talking about you?

"I know Lad It's going to be alright." He tried to comfort his friend.

"She was my life Louis she was everything to me." He told louis and Louis nodded.

"I know Niall I know you loved her and she loved you it was nobody's fault you two broke up it just wasn't meant to be." He explained.

"You have to let her go." Louis told him.

A tear escaped your eyes as you walked away Walking into Niall In the studio singing.

Once in a lifetime.

"This song is for Y/N."Niall announced to the boys.

You looked around as he began to sing the song. Your heart warmed.

He wrote this song for you?

You smiled as you watched him sing his verses tears escaping out of his eyes.

He Began to fade and you faded back into reality.

"And that's what happened." Your friend finished and you looked around. You were back in reality you were back to the present day you looked at the table Niall had left with the girl you smiled as they left. You didn't get your happy ending. You didn't end up with Niall. But you were happy for him.

He wasn't yours and you wasn't his.

At least not in this lifetime. ;P

A/N I really hope nobody was confused you and Niall were together in your imagination in a different lifetime. But the flashbacks and studio thing was real. Anyways I had a concert today! Yeah and I was late. To my own concert guess I learned from The best huh? Oh and I have a few requests and more song imagines.

And I went to this hot dog place called atomic dawg or dog. And they had a dog that was named The D and the lady kept asking stuff about it and I was laughing my ass off. She was asking stuff like what do you want on the d and stuff like that lmao
