Florida ran back away from the light switch as it was thrown on and revealed the person standing there.
"RAHHH!" The person screamed and waved there hands in the air towards Florida is a sort of silly threatening way.
"AHHH!" screamed Florida and looked closer at the person
"CALIFORNIA! DON'T DO THAT TO ME YOU SCARED THE LIVING ALLIGATOR OUT OF ME!!!" Florida yelled in anger but in shock
California just laughed and took off his cloak disguise and placing it on the dresser looking over at Florida.
"Its not funny!" Florida growled angrily and crossed his arms and looked away he only pretended to be mad he could never really be mad at California he loved him after all even if he did like jokes a bit too much and had them go a bit to far like just now
"Aww shuks Florida I didn't realised you'd get so shaken up by it honey I'm sorry but you know how much I need to let my jokster side out babe"
California smirked and went over to Florida planting small kisses on his neck and cheeks which caused Flordia to blush and giggle getting flustered so easily
"You big softy you know I love ya" California teased in Florida's ear as he started to push Flordia towards Florida's old bed.
"What are you doing Cali?" Asked Florida having calmed down a bit but still shaking.
"Well I want to show you I'm sorry with well....a little love~" He smiled and pushed Flordia on the bed getting on top of him giving him more and more kisses and starts to tug at Florida's clothes.
"I'm really sorry dear" California guilty says as he sees Flordia shaking so much "I'll make it up to you you see" he starts to gently nuzzle Flordia smiling as he feels Flordia calm down and hug him close
"Just never do that again promise?" Florida stated
"Promise" California nodded
"Well if we are really gonna get serious let's-
California pulls up the covers to Florida's old bed with the intend to get in and then have Flordia rest in top of him but as he does the duvet pulled back to reveal that a blanket was underneath it but the blanket was telling of so many things.
"I'm so sorry California I didn't know it was there...I thought I got rid of that after you know what happend...but since I haven't used the bed in this room for ages as I now sleep with you I guess I forgot it was there....I'm sorry....."Florida sighs "It just reminds me of bad things and it would remind you of how back then I was bad was tricked into a thing I didnt really understand what it was ...I I hope we can move on...i understand if we can't...." Flordia looks away tears building in his eyes
California places a hand on Florida's chin and lifts it up to kiss him and to look him in the eyes and says "look that is in the past I know its rough for you and the others in it but I wasn't there so I don't know, I know you've moved on and you are better we all make mistakes dear, don't let this one part of history hold you back you are incredible and have so much potential, this doesn't define you"
California looks down at the blanket, which was the Confederate flag and he grips at it
"This isn't who you are anymore, its not who any of us are anymore"
At least that is what everyone has come to assume.
