So I'm going to be explaining the difference between age regression and ddlg and the difference of it.

First ddlg is for sexual activity only and is a popular kink that shouldn't be shamed for. Ddlg stands for Dom daddy little girl and is well known .

Unlike ddlg, age regression is often used as a coping mechanisms for people who have not had the best childhood or have mental "issues" and is used as an escape from stress and adult life. Little may also go by different names for example my real name is be river🏞️ but in little space I'm dream 💭to others unless it's a cg then I go by many nicknames 💕

The similarity of both of them is one person is often referred to daddy or mummy but age regression also have cg also known as care givers and even babysitter. Another similarity is another person often acts like a child and does childish things.

The differences are ,first little space is for age regression and is when people go into a headspace where they act like a child with a slightly different Personality for example a person could be calm and quiet but in little space they are loud and energetic. As for ddlg little they go into a place called sub space with is completely different. Lastly Their are differences between the daddy's in ddlg , the daddy's are after a lot more sexual with punishments and do after care  unlike daddy's/mummy's/ cgs who are there to love and treat their little's like actually children and a few may do some sexual things like spanking but most don't and use punishment such as early bedtime .
