FtM Help book and my experiences

I know I havent been on here for a while and im sorry about that. But most of my stuff is being put in my journal cause I don't really have very many tips to put in here but if you would like some please feel free to dm me whenever but if you guys dont really need any more then i dont think I'll continue this book
