When the training was finally over for the day we lined up as the coach talked. "We had a successful first day of the camp and most of you did good. You will now be shown the rooms you'll stay in and we'll proceed to have dinner in the cafeteria at 7pm. Any questions?"
"Okay, let's go!" Hinata enthusiastically yelled after a short silence, only to be paused by the coach.
"Not you. You weren't invited, so we didn't count you in. Uninvited guests go home!" he angrily yelled. The coach seemed to really hate that guy for some reason.
Suddenly, I remembered (Y/N) was an uninvited guest too. I looked over at her. She was quietly staring into space as her body was shaking. I can't let her go home alone! I embraced her in a hug to calm her down. "Don't worry. I'll take care of it."
"Excuse me?" I caught the coach's attention. "Can (Y/N) please stay here? It's too dangerous for her to go home alone! She can have my bed and my food too. Please just let her stay!" I eagerly tried to convince him.
"Don't be ridiculous." (Y/N) quietly spoke up. "You need your own food, silly. I-...I can go home. It's not a big deal."
"(Y/N), you know that's not true, okay. I'm not gonna let you go by yourself!" I could literally feel everyone's surprised gazes, because they've never seen me act like this before, but I didn't care at the moment. I needed to make sure (Y/N) was fine!
When I looked at the coach again he wore a surprised expression as well, though my change of behavior only proved how important this was to me. He sighed and smiled. "I guess we can provide food for one more person. (L/N) is a petite girl. I'm sure she won't eat as much anyway. Figure out where she sleeps by yourselves, but I expect all of you to be gentlemen, boys!" he agreed and then dismissed us.
(Y/N) took my hand and squeezed it. "Thank you." She quietly said before offering me a tiny sweet smile.
On the way out, she went up to Hinata. "Sorry, this must seem really unfair to you..." she apologized.
"Don't worry. Riding the bike home is just some extra exercise." He smiled enthusiastically. As expected of him, he's never out of energy. ____________________________________________
Goshiki's POV
After changing into casual clothes and eating dinner, it was already quite late. I shared a room with Koganegawa and the two guys from Seijoh. Koganegawa and Kindaichi were in the room next door, talking to the other guys and Kunimi was currently in the bathroom. So that left me in the room... and (L/N) who was sitting on Kunimi's bed.
I still didn't get it at all. Why was Kunimi suddenly a completely different person back there? He also seemed so close with (L/N) and he was even really touchy with her. Just because they're from the same team doesn't mean he can just touch her like that, right?!
But all that aside, we were alone together in the room right now, so this was my perfect chance to talk to her. "H-hey, (L/N). A-are you really okay with sleeping in a room full of guys?" I nervously tried starting a conversation.
She smiled at me. "Oh, it's not a big deal. I trust that all of you will behave yourselves."
Right as I was about to say something again, the bathroom door opened and Kunimi entered the room... shirtless?! There is a girl in the room! He can't do that!
(L/N) didn't seem to be bothered by that though. "Do you need another shirt?" she simply asked while reaching for his bag.
"No, don't worry! I'm kinda warm anyways." He said, before rolling into his bed and pulling the girl along with him.
"W-wait! Weren't you gonna let (L/N) have your bed, Kunimi? I thought you were gonna sleep on the floor or something!" I asked hastily. What is he doing?!
"No, we're sharing the bed." He simply replied.
I went up to them, took hold of (L/N)'s wrist and pulled her away from him. "(L/N), how can you let that pervert just do that to you?!"
I seemed to have angered Kunimi though, because he got up from the bed too. "What the hell is your problem?!"
"Don't think I haven't noticed how you always touch her! You're using her!" I confronted him.
"Watch me!" he smirked maliciously. Oh, no.What is he gonna do?!
He pulled (L/N) away from me again and lifted her up, though that pervert grabbed her by the butt! He made her pull her legs around his waist and pressed his lips onto hers.
"How could you just do that!? You're worse than I thought!" I was shocked at his blunt actions.
"And I did that a million times before." He smirked.
"So, you're actively sexually harassing her!?" Even worse!
When they suddenly burst out laughing I didn't know what to think anymore!
"Don't tell me you haven't noticed!" (L/N) said between her laughs. "Akira and I are dating!"
I stood there dumbfounded and embarrassed. That explained a lot... _____________________________________________________________
(Y/N)'s POV
The room was quiet and engulfed in darkness as I lay in Akira's arms trying to fall asleep. I looked back at the day. I had a great time being a manager. But also, Akira was really cute today. The way he got a little jealous, the way he made sure I could stay here so I wouldn't have to walk home alone and the laugh we had when Goshiki didn't realize we were dating.
The blanket captured the warmth as I snuggled myself into my boyfriend's chest. I was feeling myself get sleepy as I slowly drifted off to sleep.
It was days like these that made me realize how much I loved Akira over and over again.
