Simba's death

"The sun's setting! We wont get back in time!" "I might be able to get there before the sun sets, but I cant hold the gourd." "Im too big to ride of Fuli." Makini said. "Maybe you are but Im not!" "Please Bunga, dont drop it! Dad's life is in your paws now!" Kion said. "We'll be as careful as we can. I promise!" Fuli said and sped off. Tears formed in Kions eyes as they ran off.

Rafiki looked out at the sun then walked back in. "It looks like Simba will complete his journey in the Circle of Life." Rafiki said with tears. Kiara stared at him in shock and burried her face in Nala's fur crying.

"Fuli! You need to go faster! We wont make it if you dont!" "Im going as fast as I can Bunga! Nearly....there!" She said as she forced herself to keep running. Bunga looked back at the sun. "Fuli! Look!" "No! No! She said as she ran up Pride Rock. "We have the ash! We have the ash!" Bunga said. Rafiki looked at them and shook his head. "Its too late." "No! No! Rafiki it cant be! Kion was counting on us! And we failed him." Fuli said with tears. Kiara was crying in Nala's fur and Nala was looking at Simba as she cried.

"Dad! Dad!" Kion shouted as he ran in. "Dad?" He saw his mother and sister crying. He knew what this meant and tears immediately streamed down his cheeks. "No. We cant be too late! No! Dad! No!" Kion cried as he ran over. He nudged him a few times. "No! Daddy! No!" Kion said crying hysterically. Everyone was in tears. But the Royal Family and Timon and Pumbaa were the most hurt out of them all. Kion kept nuzzling and nudging him as he cried. Bunga hugged Timon and Pumbaa. Kion then pulled a young Simba on it. And it made everyone much more upset. "Dad, no. Daddy, no. You cant go." He said through tears as he nudged Simba's paw over him. The skinks were at Pride Rock and they found much enjoyment with the King's death. The Guard were allowed to stay at Pride Rock for the night. They all cried themselves to sleep that night. Nala and Kiara decided to stay away from Simba's lifeless body so they could try to get used to life without him. Kion on the other hand refused to leave Simba.

"I wish Dad was here to calm me down and help me sleep. But he cant! Because he's dead! And its all my fault!" Kion thought. He cuddled his lifeless father and said, "I love you Dad. Im so sorry. I wasnt able to save you! But I love you. I love you so much."  Hearing this made Fuli's heart shatter into more pieces. Fuli came over and put her paw on his back. He looked up and saw Fuli. "Im sorry I woke you." He said as he whiped his tears. "You didnt wake me. I couldnt sleep. And looks like you cant either." "Of course I cant. Dad is, is gone!" "I know, I know." she said hugging him in attempt to make him feel better. "I didnt even get to say goodbye. I never got to tell him how much I love him." "He knows you love him Kion. And right now I bet he's watching over you, because he loves you. He doesnt blame you for his death, and neither do we." Kion looked back at Simba's body. Then looked at Fuli. "Im gonna take a walk." "Want me to go with you?" "No. I wanna go alone." "Ok." Kion walked out of the den. Then ran down Pride Rock. He went behind Pride Rock to where he and Simba used play together. As he looked around all the memories came back to him. He thought maybe he could talk to his Dad like he does with Mufasa. He took a deep shaky breath then said, "Dad? Are you there?" Then Simba appeared. "Dad!" Kion said as tears streamed down his cheeks. "Dad Im sorry! I, I couldnt save you!" "Son. None of this was your fault." "I love you so much Dad!" Simba had tears in his eyes. "I love you too son. And always will. I dont blame you for what happened tonight." "I just wish I could give you one last hug. But I cant." (I know they cant do this but i thought it would be cool so ya. Also this is like Moana when her grandma appears and she's able to hug her so this is what we're doing lads putting other movies into tlg lol) "Actually, you can. "I, I can?" "Yes." Simba disappeared from the cloud and appeared in front of Kion." Kions mouth dropped. He ran straight into Simba and hugged him as tight as he could. "I love you Daddy!" Kion said crying. "I love you too, Kion. Simba pulled away from Kion after a minute. "Dad?" I have to go, son." He said as tears streamed down his cheeks. "No, Dad! Dont leave me! Please! I, I love you!" "I love you too son. And Ill never leave you. I live in you, we are one." This made both Kion and Simba cry harder. Simba licked him soothingly to make him feel better and sleepy. "Can I talk to you tomorrow?" "Yes, son. Ill be waiting for you." For the first time that night Kion smiled. Simba gave him a quick lick and then he disappeared. Kion looked up at the sky. I love you Dad." He said. And a star twinkled back at him. He immediately knew that it was his father. When he walked back into the den Fuli was asleep. He nuzzled Simba's head and layed next to his body. And he soon fell asleep.
