lying in bed together,
your smile and the depths of
your dark eyes.
I feel that is the place where everything makes sense,
less scary
less gnarled and twisted.
That place is where
even after the fighting
even after the exhaustion
even after our bubble of
contentment seems to pop, there is home to me.
Home is where I want to be.
