After they left the security of the building, Hyuk led Rowoon down the busy sidewalk. He didn't care they would be seen. He didn't care what anyone would say. He was finally doing what he wanted.

Paparazzi did find them. Hyuk managed to lose them in the store, but he knew his sasaengs would know within the hour. As long as Rowoon was safe, he didn't care about the stories.

He watched her as she shopped. Replacing clothes was the easy part. Replacing peace of mind was a lot harder. He didn't know how he could help her get back to where she used to be. She needed to be the woman he had met all those months ago when Jiho had introduced her as his childhood friend and the one woman he couldn't live without.

Watching her pick and choose what she liked made him see how versatile she was. She could do anything she wanted, and yet here she was. Working at a brand new company with two of her closest friends, and she was good at what she did. Jiho made sure she was well-compensated for all the work she did.

People started taking pictures, catching Rowoon off guard. Hyuk wasn't fast enough to get to her before everyone asked a ton of questions. Luckily, the staff shooed out those who were not shopping.

"Rowoon-ah?" he asked. She looked up but not at him. Something was wrong. "What is it?"

"I need to sit down," she said.

He pulled her with him and pushed her down in a chair in the dressing room while he stood guard. She leaned her head back against the wall and took several deep breaths in.

"Did you panic?" he asked. His head was turned over his shoulder so he could see her response.

She nodded. "Ever since the night of the break in, I've been a little tense. Seeing people box me in and ask me a hundred questions wasn't helping."

"Do you have an anxiety disorder?" She nodded again. "Did you take your medicine?"

"Before we left."

"Excuse me?" Hyuk said. His attention was focused in front of him now. A worker stopped before him. "Whatever she picked out, would you box them up? Is there any way you can have them delivered?"

The lady nodded. Hyuk wrote down his address and turned back to Rowoon. The panic was out of her eyes, and she looked up at him with clarity. He held out his hand and noticed hers shook a tad when she placed it in his.

"Whatever happens," he whispered when she was standing next to him, "don't let go. Hang on as tight as you can."

Rowoon gripped his hand tightly. Hyuk pulled her hat down over her eyes and led her from the store. He did the same to his hat then plowed through the crowd outside. The woman at his side got as close as she could as she followed him.

He whisked her away, making sure to take a different route than the one he usually took home. She knew the area but had never been this way before. It was new and adventurous and just the two of them. He was treating it like it was a drama.

They ran through the lobby and into the elevator. They sounded like children as they giggled. It was a little dangerous and fun.

Rowoon looked up at Hyuk. He was grinning from ear to ear, his chest heaving from their run. He bent his head and all she could see was the happiness and excitement on his handsome face.

What was the difference between Dean and Kwon Hyuk? Very little

What was the difference between Dean and Kwon Hyuk? Very little. Dean was almost like an alter ego. He was able to say what Kwon Hyuk couldn't. He was able to be strong in the real world when everyone wanted to use him. But at the same time, he was Kwon Hyuk.

Both Dean and Kwon Hyuk liked her. They were able to influence her even though no one had ever been really able to do so. Dongwook was excluded from that, but no one else could do much.

Hyuk led them to his door. He punched in the passcode and pushed it open. They had just taken their shoes off when Rowoon pushed him against the cabinet. Shocked, Hyuk looked down at her, only having a split second before she pressed her mouth to his.

Without a thought, he bent down and picked her up. She wrapped her legs around his waist. Not once did their mouths separate.

Hyuk didn't need to have his eyes open to know where he was going. He walked carefully down the hallway to his room, turning the door with ease. Once he kicked it open to allow them access, he didn't stop until his knees hit the bed. He gently placed her back into the comforter before blanketing her body with his.

He braced himself up on his elbows and looked down at her. The panic was gone completely. What place it was indescribable. There were so many emotions dancing in her eyes he could understand why Dongwook had written so many songs about her. He didn't see love or lust, but what he did see made a heat spread from his head to his feet.

Her hands framed his face, her fingertips rubbing into his skin. He turned into one of them and pressed a kiss to her palm. She blinked slowly up at him.

Daringly, Hyuk sat up and put her hands at the hem of his shirt. He lifted it, ever so slowly until his was shirtless above her. She watched him curiously, fingers taking in his torso with exploring touches.

"What do you want me to do?" he asked, whispered.

Rowoon watched him for a few seconds, millions of thoughts rushing through her mind at break neck speeds. They looked at each other, both trying to figure each other out. Trying to figure out the next person's move.

The air between them sizzle. She licked the edge of her mouth slowly. She could taste him there, taste the slight nip of whiskey, coffee and cola. Nicotine nearly masked it, but she caught the tastes nonetheless. It was something that was wholly Hyuk.

She leaned forward, wrapped her hands around his neck, and kissed him again. This time it was slow and easy. But Hyuk took that initiative and laid her back again, taking charge at once. He had her in his arms and there was no way in hell he was going to let this moment go.
