I close my eyes as I'm standing in the entry way of my hell. This was once a place of safety and love, but it's been corrupted by our own greed. Remembering the times when I couldn't wait to push the doors open and greet the love of my life. Now, I feel as if I'm shoved through the door by demons laughing at my stupidity. The man I come home to isn't the man I knew and loved. No, this man that greets me as I stumble through the door is no better than the Devil himself. He pulled me in with lies and what seemed like love. Once he knew that he held my heart, he showed me his true face and intentions. It's my fault though, I fed off of the flattery that he threw at me when ever he could. So here I am, stalling the inevitable.
