Wake up

"Let me go! What are you going to do to me?!" Eiji said as he furiously pulled against the strong set of arms holding him down to a table.

"Hold him down! We can't do the procedure if he's moving to much!"

"Then just give him some anesthesia!"

"We can't! He has to be awake!"

"I've got this"

A man out of the corner of Eijis eye came up to him, needle in hand. Panic seized his heart.

"Wh-what is that?" Eiji stuttered as he tried squirming out of the hold he was in.

The man didn't answer. Eiji squirmed even more and screamed out in desperation.

"Get away from me. Please! Help! Someone help mhhh." A hand was clamped over his mouth. Just as the man was about to inject whatever was in the needle into him he flipped his head around in retaliation. No matter what he wasn't gonna let that man inject him with whatever was in that thing.

The man with the needle sighed in annoyance "You're only making this harder for yourself you know?" He looked up at one of the men. "Hold his head down." A hand roughly grabed Eijis head, hand still on mouth, and twisted it to the side exposing his neck.

"Mhhhh." Tears slowly fell from his eyes as he felt the needle pierce his skin and once it was out, he knew he had lost for sure but he didn't stop his struggling. No he wouldn't give up. Ash would never give up so he wouldn't either.

Just as he was about to once again tug his arm out of one of the men's grip it didn't budge. He tried once again but the same result came back. That's when he noticed that he couldn't even move his arm at all. He went to move his legs and the same thing happend. Then it dawned on him. They had injected him with some type of paralysis drug. The hand that was clasped on his head and mouth let go.

"Wh-Wha" Eiji whispered, barely even able to speak at this point.

"You can release him now. He won't be moving any time soon, but strap him up, just incase"

No later did he say that, the hands that were once holding Eiji down now moved to strap him to the table. The straps were brown and rough against the skin. The man who injected him pulled out a rubber block and shoved it in Eijis mouth, as everyone else left the room.

"Wouldn't want you biting that tongue of yours. Dino wouldn't be too happy about that."

At the name of Dino, Eijis insides flipped. He trained his eyes on the man next to him as he walked over to a strange machine that was making a strange whining sound.  As he was about to pull the lever attached to the machine he looked over at Eiji.

"I'll let you know in advance that this...this will really hurt."

Immediate pain followed as  the lever was pulled. An electric shock was pumped through Ejis body, making him feel like thousands of knives were constantly stabbing him. He screamed at the top of his lungs, his back arching upwards. Then the pain stoped. The screaming now replaced with the sound of sobs and heaving breaths. Eiji twitched in pain and just as he was sure he was about to pass out the man walked over to him and grabbed a fist full of his hair, yanking his head up.

"This is just the start. That's what you get for involving yourself with Ash. Do you get it now? This is all Ash's fault. If I were you I'd-"

Before he could finish the sentence the sound of the door opening interrupted him. The man quickly released Eijis hair and his head slammed back onto the metal table.

Eiji winced in pain and closed his eyes, tears freely falling down his face, hopeing that the agonizing pain would somehow subside.

"This is just a dream. It has to be. I'll wake up any second now and I'll make breakfast for Ash like I always do. Then we'll bicker around and me and Ash will go to the library. Ash will be done and then we'll go get some hotdogs. He'll put extra mustard on it cuz that's just how he likes it. We'll go back home, he'll do whatever gang stuff he usually does while I make dinner. We'll eat and then go to sleep."

His thoughts were interrupted as he felt someone looming over him. Eiji slowly blinked his eyes open only for them to widen in fear. It was Dino.

"Hello my boy. It's been a while hasn't it. It was unfortunate that I couldn't have my fun with you the last time I had you. I would do it now but I've got other plans for you."

He roughly grabed Ejis chin, starring intently into his eyes. He closed them in fear as tears slowly formed in the corner of his eyes.

"I truely don't know what Ash sees in you. He's never showed any trust, or protectiveness to anyone as much as he has with you. I dare say, he thinks of you as family. What better way to break him, then to turn his dear friend, into an empty shell to only follow my orders."

He gave the terrified boy a smile before letting go of his face then turned to the man who had shocked him.

"Continue with the procedure. I want him without memories of his past before we continue on to phase two. Understood?"

"Yes sir."

"Good"

As he heard Dino's footsteps go away Eiji opened his eyes only to slam them shut once more as another wave of electricity coursed through his body. His screams immediately followed. But amongst his own screaming he heard a voice.

"Ei..iji...EIJI WAKE UP!"
