Chapter five : Soft spot

Layla : Yep.

/ Knockout was treating the sort of wound that was on Starscream's back. Meanwhile, Breakdown and Layla reappear the torn wing. Fortunately, Breakdown guided her. It was quite interesting to see the mechanics of a robot. Once repaired, Knockout reattached the wing to Starscream's back. He didn't seem to be in pain anymore\

Knockout : There you go Starscream. New as before ! Yeah I'm just that good.

Starscream : Finally. I can't wait to fly in the sky again.

Breakdown : You did good Layla for your first time. I'm impressed.

Layla : It was not so complicated.

/ Layla looked at Starscream. Why did Megatron torn off his wing ? She knew that Starscream had something to hide. Maybe Megatron was .. beating him ? She couldn't tell.
Starscream noticed her gaze on him\

Starscream : What are you looking at fleshy ?!

Layla : Nothing.

Starscream : Don't you dare to lie in front of ME ! Or else I will-

Breakdown : Don't touch her !

/ Breakdown stood before Layla and Knockout was preparing to leave at any time to warn Megatron. Starscream groaned loudly, glaring at Layla\

Starscream : Why do you like this fleshy so much ?! Even though she has "unique abilities", she still remains a weak human !

Layla : I know that. Don't need to remind me robot.

/ Knockout laughed, it was so funny to him. She just talked back to Starscream !
Starscream groaned even more and left the medic room\

Knockout : Wow ! That was so funny !

Layla : Geez is he like that all the time ?

Breakdown : Not always. But mostly.

Layla : Anyway .. why does Megatron beat him ?

Knockout : Well you know human, Starscream was never the person you could trust. He betrayed Megatron many times to take his place. His biggest flaw is that he's a coward when it suits him.

Layla : I see.

/ Later that day Layla tried to find Starscream. She didn't really know why. Curiosity ? Stupidity ? She did not know. But she wanted to talk to him. On her way, she saw Soundwave. She waved at him \

Layla : Hey Soundwave.

Soundwave : *What are you doing here alone ? It is not safe*

Layla : I'm looking for Starscream. Did you see him ?

Soundwave : *Why do you want to see him ?*

Layla : Because. I want to. So did you see him ?

Soundwave : *No. You're not going to see him anyway. Come with me*

Layla : Why ?

Soundwave : *Because he is dangerous. He can hurt you*

/ Soundwave took Layla with one of his tentacles and started walking. Layla tried to struggle to escape but to no avail. She understood his concern but she was big enough to make her decisions\

Layla : Soundwave ! Let me go ! I'm not a child !

Soundwave : *Negative*

Layla : Oh come on Soundwave !

/ Unfortunately, Soundwave did not let her go. He arrived at the control room where Megatron was. The leader of the Decepticons turned to Soundwave. His smile widened when he saw Layla. Oh how pretty and precious she was\

Megatron : What is it Soundwave ?

Layla : Leeeet meee gooo !!

/ Soundwave looked at Layla then at his leader. Megatron understood what he meant and he chuckled\

Megatron : I see ~ give her to me. I manage the situation.

/ Soundwave dropped Layla on Megatron's servo and left. The young human raised her head to face Megatron. The cruel leader began to caress her head. Her hair was really soft.
Layla closed her eyes and let him do what he wanted\

Megatron : Obedient ~ that's good. You learn pet ~

Layla : Hm-Hm.

Megatron : And where did you want to go ?

Layla : I wanted to see Starscream.

Megatron : Why ?

Layla : [Geez why are they all asking that ?] Because I wanted to.

Megatron : That's not an answer pet.

Layla : Well if you want an correct answer, I want to get to know him. He is certainly arrogant, violent and mouthful for everything and nothing but he seems to be suffering. And after seeing what you did to him, I begin to understand little by little. So I wanted to see him.

/ Megatron burst in laughter. Oh she was so innocent !
Layla tilted her head, confused. Why was he laughing ? That's no sense\

Megatron : Oh so you care about him now ? How cute ! You don't even know him. So why do you care ?

Layla : It's not about caring. I just want to know and to understand. I don't want to have mercy on him. I don't want to have empathy for him. And I don't think he wants that anyway. But I do think he wants to talk about it and express himself. So yeah, that's why I wanted to see him.

/ Megatron sighed. But he still smiled at her\

Megatron : That's quite stupid pet. But cute and innocent ~ That's kind of funny.

Layla : Well if you say so Lord Megatron.

Megatron : Call me my Lord, pet ~

Layla : [Well sheesh] As you want my Lord.

/ Megatron smiled and scratched her neck. Layla moaned a little. As long as he didn't hurt her.
But in the distance, Starscream watched the scene. He didn't expect that kind of response from her. And that surprised him ... and touched him right in his spark. And to see Megatron hold her like that annoyed him enormously. He ... also wanted "to play" with her.  But he didn't want to show his feelings in front of her ! Not at all ! He was the cruel and sadistic Starscream ! So he was going to talk to her but in his own way\

Starscream : [Ugh what is this feeling ?! Why is my spark beating so hard ? And why does it hurt when I see Lord Megatron holding her ?] Wait for me my little fleshy ~ I'm coming ~
