•Your quirk is body heat, you can make any part or all of you body any temp you want. Be it -350 degrees Fahrenheit or +500.
•Fall back is that if you use your quirk to much you either get 1-3ed degree burns or frost bit. The colder or hotter the temp the easier it is to over use it, if it get hot enough it can even just melt your skin, bone, ext, or if it gets cold enough it can freeze your body bad enough that you could simply brake off a pace of yourself. But that's if your temp gos in the thousands either way.
