*Justice pov*
It had been a day since we started the plan and Callum has not contacted me yet. I wonder what's taking him so long.
I've been at work for some hours now and the whole time Mr. Cortez's attitude has been hell. He's been working everyone at full force, yelling and throwing paper around, mumbling off about something every few seconds. I had even seen him hit one of the employees on his head.
"Justice get in here now."
He didn't bother to use the intercom, his deep powerful voice boomed from behind the thick tall doors. I get up quickly bracing myself for yet another ridiculous demand of his, last time he complained about one damn file being out of order, the fucking ass.
"Yes, Mr. Cortez sir?"
"Did you touch any files that were on my desk?"
"Files? No sir I haven't been in your office at all today"
He heaves a deep sigh running his hand down his face, slamming his fist down on his desk.
"I'm leaving early today but that doesn't mean you get to, clean up before you go."
Nodding my head I watch as he puts on his coat and heads out leaving me in his office. Thinking this would be a perfect opportunity to check in with Callum I pull my phone from my back pocket in dial his number.
It rings 1...2...3 times before it goes to voice mail, huh? Why isn't he picking up? I tried again but the same the happened, I still cannot reach him, I was beginning to grow concerned. I don't know what happened since Saturday night, he seemed excited and ready...maybe I missed something.
Giving up on calling, for now, I look up from my phone, surveying the cold, empty, darkroom. The atmosphere felt as if there were eyes watching me from every dark corner like as if I were to turn around a hand would reach out and drag me into the dark abyss. What should I do? I stand there weighing my options, should I make a move on my own but what?
As I'm standing here with these thoughts penetrating every little crack of my mind, running circles around any coherent idea that blooms in the dark, dark pit, a phone suddenly rings. I bring my phone into my view to realize that it isn't my phone that's ringing, hmm?
Looking around the room, I walk closer to where I heard the sound coming from as soon as I get closer it stops. Oh, Mr. Cortez must have left his phone in a rush I think to myself as I lift the phone from the once occupied seat.
Brrrring Brrring, suddenly the phone goes off once again. Alibet was flashing across the screen, Alibet? Who is that? I couldn't help it as curiosity built up in me, I answered the phone.
"Hello?" from the other end of the phone came a deep, calm voice. A shiver ran down my spine...the voice sounded so familiar, but I can't put my finger on it.
"Mr. Cortez is out of his office for today, he has forgotten to take his phone with him.'
"Ah okay thank you...?
"Justice," I say responding to his indicated pause.
Suddenly the phone goes silent, it was so quiet I would have believed that I had spoken to no one this whole time.
"Sir?"
There was no answer from the other side only heavy breathing before *click, he hung up. Well, that was weird and left me confused. Having enough and not being able to stand in this office much longer, I decide to ignore what Victor said and head home for the night.
*Callum POV*
Dark, cold and wet. I've been locked in this dingy place for who knows how long, there's no clocks and no windows just a small flickering light in the middle of this "room".
I got caught...he came back, I guess he had forgotten something and there I was somewhere I wasn't supposed to be. He was enraged, cussing and hurling things about suddenly he charged at me and that's the last thing I remember before I woke up here.
He had taken away my phone, I wasn't allowed to eat only when he gave permission and someone was always guarding me, I couldn't see them, but I could hear the shuffling of boots going back and forth. I sat still on a cold metal makeshift bedframe that occupied the space listening for movement...waiting for someone to enter for me to make my move, I will escape.

Driving down the dark road to my home I start to feel really uneasy, hmm maybe it's because I haven't checked in on the twins today. Reminding myself to call the babysitter to bring them home, I press down on the gas just a little bit more.
That car has been around more, I didn't feel safe leaving the twins there, so they stayed at the babysitters' house when I am not around. I could never get close enough to the unidentified vehicle before it pulled off in a hurry every time, at this point I know someone is watching me but who?
My street is dark and silent, the street lights flicker above me as I exit my car. The air is still and not a sound could be heard coming from any direction, my feet felt heavy against the pavement as I marched towards the front door, keys dangling in my hand. I turn the lock pushing open my door and stepping in.
Kicking off my heels I plop down puffing my cheeks, ugh my aching little toes! Those damn demon shoes I think glaring over to the death traps called heels. Reaching over to grab my purse so that I can get my phone, I hear a noise. Huh? What was that? I go still, after a minute of waiting I don't hear anything else, it must have been from outside. Once again, I go to retrieve my phone when the sound of shattering glass interrupts me, I quickly jump up. My breathing starts to pick up, someone's breaking in!
