I got kinda nervous.. "acutally you know what?nevermind it's not important" i said to him looking away but he knew it was. "Tell me Johnnycake" i heard him say "johnnycake? where on Earth did that come from?" i thought letting a small smile escape from my lips. "Johnny tell me, you know you can tell me anything" he told me i just nodded and went silent for a minute, "i know but this isn't important so there's no reason" i told him and let out a nervous chuckle.

I just sighed annoyedly, i wanted to know but knowing Johnny he wouldn't tell me and i wasn't going to force him. I saw him glance at me after i sighed i know he knew i was annoyed and wanted to know, "f-fine" i heard him stutter out "i'll t-tell you but you gotta promise-" i cut him off "i won't hate you" i assured him "even after what you just did" i lowly mumbled, "when you told me you loved me and asked me to be your b-boyfriend.. I didn't run because i changed my mind about being gay or liking you" I said with all honesty. "I still really like you Pone but i got nervous it all happened too fast" i said with my voice cracking a bit, "you gotta try again" my thoughts told me and they were right i gotta.

I could tell he was thinking about something but i didn't know what, he could be planning to kill me or just tell me we'd be better off as friends.. He didn't say anything for awhile but then "Ponyboy.. do you wanna be my boyfriend?" i heard a raspy southern voice speak up. I felt my cheeks heat up like i was an oven, i felt butterflies in my stomach and i fidgeted nervously, I tried not to sound to excited i wanted to play it cool "Yes!" i said "ponyboy act natural" the voice repeated until i said something "uh i mean uh y-yea sure" i said laughing. "Pone i know you were hoping for this you're allowed to be excited" i heard him say suddenly pulling me into a kiss.
