Talia Walker is a girl living amongst a half Italian, half American family of passionate soccer freaks. The day everything began to change was when her father wins five tickets to watch the Italy VS England game in Brazil.
Matthew Cole, on the other hand, is a clumsy boy with few worries and one of them is soccer. He would give a limb to any of the England team players if they needed one. He has a weakness for girls who like soccer and who aren't scared of stuffing pizza in their faces.
As a celebration for him graduating high school, he and his brothers get tickets to see their all-time favorite team play in the most important event of the year.
Late night trips, multicultural insults and, of course, a whole lot of heart palpitations ensue. Will Matthew and Talia succeed into overcoming their endless differences and face their feelings towards each other?
