(TFP Starcee) Unexpected Turn of Events

How It All Began

Four months ago

"Ugh, my processor is killing me" Arcee mumble to herself as she wondered around the base trying to get rid of this helmache  that came out of nowhere, she was debating on whether telling Ratchet but didn't want to disturb him and his "very busy work" and so she thought that maybe she could take a walk  around base while Jack was playing with Miko and Raf.
While she was walking her processor was making some strange tapping noises, it almost sounded like morse code, back on cybertron she had to learn morse code for special missions. The blue femme then sat down on a near by crate and focused her mind on the code. A minute passed and she figured that the code were coordinates with a warning that told her to come alone or else. Arcee thought that it was a glitch but this message was annoying her to death, she decided that once she dropped off Jack at home she was going to these coordinates alone. Obviously it was a trap but she wanted to know for herself, without anyone getting hurt.
She knew that she will get in trouble and get scolded by Optimus and the others but she felt like she had to do this on her own. She then walked back into the main room to see that Jack was still playing games, she walked over to them and said, "Jack it's time to go home now"
"Yeah hold on a sec, I'm just about to beat Miko!" The teen shouted and button mashed the controller, on the screen it showed that he his car had raced past miko's and he jumped up off the couch and shouted, "ah yes, in your face Miko!"
Miko just huffed and punched him in the arm with a smirk on her face.
"Yeah and how many times did I win"
"Pfft, whatever" he scoffed and placed the controller on the couch and walked down the stairs with the others as they saw that it was getting late and there guardians were getting ready to leave.
Arcee, bee and bulkhead all transformed into their alt modes, bulkhead was the first one to leave with Miko, then bee and raf and finally Arcee and Jack. As they drove to his home she still couldn't get the tapping sound and the throbbing to disappear, she stayed quiet for most of the ride and Jack thought that it was a bit odd and he decided to speak up.
"Hey Arcee are you ok, you've been very quiet today?"
"I don't know, I just have a bad helmache right now" she answered and slowed down so that she could roll into his garage while the door was opening.
"You should go to Ratchet about that" he hopped off and parked her, "So are going to stay over tonight?" He asked while taking off his helmet.
"Nah, I'm gonna head back to base now, goodnight Jack" she activated her holo form, backed out of the garage and drove off down the street. Jack just shrugged and went inside.
An hour past and she was driving off into the midnight desert, it was nights like this where she could have some time to think and try forget about the war completely but she had to keep her guard up just in case the decepticons attacked. Once she reached her destination her helmache stopped, she then transformed into her humanoid  form. Arcee looked around to see that she was in the middle of nowhere, everything was calm and peaceful, a cool breeze then swept over her frame making her shiver slightly and said, "it sure is a beautiful night, but why am I out here?" She glanced around a bit more and was about to turn back until suddenly a ground bridge opened up a few meters away from her position. She gasped and run behind a nearby rock and activated her guns, she glanced around the rock to see who it was and excepted it to be either Optimus or even the decepticons but she was never the excepting him.
Starscream
He walked out of the portal and it closed behind him, he then looked around and growled in annoyance, "Grrr, I randomly get a helmache for a week now and the coordinates led me here for no reason!" He looked around for a bit more just in case something was here. Arcee's optics widen slightly after he mentioned the helmache and shifted then accidentally made a rock fall causing the silver seeker to jump and yell out. "Huh who's there, show yourself or else!" He walked slowly over to her spot but before he could arm himself she spray out and attacked him. "Arcee!"
She managed to knock him to the ground and she quickly did a front flip over him and landed on her peds, Starscream got up and stared at her with a confused look. "What in primus' name are you doing here!" He demanded.
"I could ask you the same thing Starscream" she answered and brought out her blades and ran straight towards him and then with full force slashed her right arm at his chest plate that left a huge cut in his armour. But he then punched her in the faceplate causing her to fall to the side. During mid fall he then threw his right servo up to slash at her but she dodged it by landing on her knees and swiped out her left leg that collided with his legs. He cried out and was falling backwards until he took that chance to kick her with the bottom of his left high heeled ped in the stomach that sent her flying backwards across the floor.
As soon as his back hit the ground he shouted, "Oww scrap that hurts!"
Arcee shortly after got up slowly while groaning at the pain in her stomach tank, she then looked over at Starscream to see that he was getting up too, she then switched her blades to guns and shot at him but because of the hit to the helm from before she couldn't focus. Starscream dodged the shots as best as he could and ran straight towards her and grabbed her left wrist and threw her against the rock that she was hiding behind before. She cried out on impact as soon as her back strut hit the wall, pain shot through out her entire nerve systems and managed to crack one of her winglets at the tip, causing her to scream and seize up a little, Starscream trudged over to her and then tried to throw another punch at her but she quickly shifted her helm to the right just in time. The rock wall broke into pieces and he retracted his servo that was now bleeding blue blood, he then grabbed both of her wrists again and pinned them above her helm. She struggled against him but he then suddenly shoved his right leg between her's. She gasped in surprise and tried to escaped but her vision was a bit foggy from the sudden helmache that started up again.
"Ugh! Not again" she grumbled and shook her helm slightly and closed her optics, he stared at her with a confused look and asked.
"Huh wha-what do you mean?"
"Did you say that you were having a helmache  before?" She glanced up at him, he looked even more confused then before and answered.
"Yes I did have a helmache before, what's it to you?"
"Im having one right now and it fragging hurts" she said.
"That's strange mine started a few days ago" he thought about it for a second, until a question came to mind, "did you have a morse code tapping in your processor?"
"Y-yes, wait hold on, it's almost as if someone was sending us out here for a reason--" she trailed off until they both figured it out and Starscream was about to run away but then they both felt a thousand bolts of electricity course through out their frames making them both scream in pain and fall to the ground with a loud thud and they both were unconscious.
In the shadows of the night a group of  humans walked over to the giant robots, one man with a sinister smile and a scar on his face spoke with a hint of madness in his tone, "Let the experiments begin"
