Good For The Bad

I look up at who I now know as Anna. She smiles at me. I look ahead of me and see that we've reached the gates. "just a quick in and out". She says to me. The gates open and she takes me through. I look behind me as I see the gates close again. We walk down a path and soon enough come across a small town. "I come here to relax sometimes". She says to me. I look around and see some people. People working, people walking with groceries or just people with places to go to. She takes me to an ice cream shop and asks me what flavour I want. I point at my favorite flavour what is chocolate. "two chocolate ice cream please". She says to the man behind the counter. The man smiles. "coming right up". He says and a minute later he gives us our ice creams. "thank you". Anna says and smiles. The man smiles back. "come again soon". He says. "we sure will". Anna responds. I start eating my ice cream and so does Anna. We sit down on a bench watching the sky. "are you enjoying the ice cream?!". She asks. I nod. She smiles. What I didn't know is that my bag was almost falling off the bench. My bag fell and Anna noticed. "I got it". She says and picks it up. The zip was open so she couldn't help herself but to look inside. She brings out my teddy bear. "is this yours?!". She asks. I nod shyly. She smiles again and gives my bear to me. I smile and hug it. "your little friend right?!". She asks. I nod. "is it special to you?!". She continues asking. I nod again. "family?!". She asks carefully. I nod a tiny bit and let my head hang. I feel two arms hugging me. "it's okay sweetie, you miss them". She says in a calming tone. I hugged her tightly back. She stops hugging me and looks at me. "this will all be over soon, I promise". She says. I looked with a confused look at her. "they don't understand you, nobody does. You don't need training. You need help and rest". She says. I look away and look at my hands. She is right. "come on, let's get back to the academy before someone starts to miss us". She says and reaches out her hand to me. I was to tired to take her hand and walk. She notices and picks me up and carries me back. I lay my head against her and closed my eyes. Before I knew I was back into the academy. I open up my eyes and see that I've been brought to my bedroom. "get some rest dear". Anna says and I see that she sits next to me onto my bed. I nod and close my eyes. Anna comes closer and gives me a small kiss on my forehead. I smile and fall asleep.

Several hours later I wake up. Not on my own bed. I was sitting on a chair. Tied up. I tried to break free but I couldn't. I looked around me but all I could see was darkness. Suddenly the lights go on and shine very bright into my eyes. I squeezed my eyelids otherwise it would hurt. I couldn't see through the glass this time. I had some kind of power demping cuffs around my wrists. My heart started to beat faster and I started to freak out a little. Than I hear a voice speak. "calm, calm down now". The male voice says through the speakers. "Resisting is only going to make it worse". He continues. I still struggled trying to get out but I couldn't. "because of your miss behavior last time we decided to take it up a notch". The voice speaks again. "you see, you have to stick to the program but we find the program no use to you anymore". He says. "your special, we would like to see special today". He continues. "the faster you give in, the quicker we can stop so the less it hurts". He says. I see a book appear and hovering closer to my face opening onto a page. "if you insist to do this spell for us we wont have to force you so it wouldn't hurt". He says. I didn't want to these spells. I dont want to do this. "we'll give you one minute to begin". The voice speaks again. This must be a nightmare but it feels so real. Where is Anna. I need her right now. "3, 2, 1". The voice counts down. "zero". The voice says and so a very high electric shock came through my body. I screamed it out loud. Crying all the pain out I had. I still didn't do it. The electricity stopped for a moment. "do it now or we'll give you a round two". He says. "it is going to hurt much more". He continues. I look at the book. I could read the language. I know what it said. Before I knew I was too late and he started counting down again. At zero a second wave shocked through my body but this one was way more worse and longer. When the electricity stopped I started to read out the text of the book in my head. The man or whoever controlled the panel noticed and didn't say anything neither touched anything. I continued the spell until I hear a scream coming from behind the glass. I hear words being shouted very loudly and I recognized that voice as Anna. I stopped and looked hopeful to the door hoping she will come through it. I see the door open and it is indeed Anna who came through. With a man behind her who I don't know. She kicked the man the hardest she could and tried to get to me. She was almost there but then her leg gets grabbed by the man and she been dragged away from me. I focused a lot of my energy onto the cuffs and they break. I hit the man with an invisible force who was dragging Anna along and the man hits the wall that was behind him very hard. He looks unconsious. Anna looked up in shock but also relieve. She gets up and stumbles towards me. She hugs me and unties the rest of me. She picked me up and hugged me tight. She looked like she been through a complete war and she was crying. "I got you sweetie". She says to me. "I got you". She repeats. She carries me and walks to the door. Now I notice that the lights were flickering and some things were destroyed and the rest of it damaged. I even damaged the thick glass which the man hit apparently. This was my doing. She carries me through the door and now I see the backroom. The man was the only one on the scene. We go through another door and we end up going up a big stairway that leads to the outside world. It was in a corner of the area of the academy. Hidden away. Secret for no one to enter. Anna still stumbles on going inside the academy and going to mister Bernard his office. She knocks on the door but no second later she swung the door open and sat me down on a comfy chair. "what is going on here?!" mister Bernard asks very confused and shocked. "Tom we need to talk". Anna says. "what's wrong?!". He asks. "they, they.. They took Lewis and tried to force him doing spells". She says and starts to sob. Tom stands up and hugs her. "I didn't know anything about such activities like that". Tom says. Anna continues to cry and sobs into Tom his shoulder. "it was so horrible to see". She says. Tom looks over to me and I can tell that he seriously didn't know about what had just happened to me. Anna caughts me staring at them two so she stopped hugging Tom and opened her arms up for me. I got out of the chair and dashed as quickly as I could into her arms. She embraces me and hugs me tight. Tom kneels down and lays a hand onto my shoulder. Than he hugs me and stroked my back. "I promise it will never happen again". He says. "where has this taken place?!". He asks and looks at Anna. "underground, a stairway in a corner of the area of the academy leads to it". She says more calmed down now. "there was one man, Lewis took him down, he still could be laying there on the floor". She continues and Tom nods. "stay here you two, I'm going to do whatever I can". He says and so leaves his office. "go sit down dear". Anna says and points at the comfy chair again. I walk to it and sit down. She sits close to me not letting me out of her sight. We both can look to the door clearly. As we are sitting on the other side of the room. She strokes my hair which feels quite nice. I look into her eyes and can tell she is thinking about mister Bernard. I think she likes him a lot and I mean maybe even more than just colleagues. The embrace of them both looked very sweet. We hear and see the door open and see that it is Tom. Anna stands up and hugs him. He hugs back. "everything is okay now, the man is caught and locked up". He says. "thank goodness". Anna responds. "you know who he was?!". Anna asks. "I have my suspicions. But I'm not sure yet, but I am sure I will find out soon enough". Tom responds. Than there was silent. They looked at eachother into eachothers eyes. Tom strokes a bit of hair out of Anna her face. They both smiled. "you look beautiful". Tom says to Anna. Anna blushed a bit. They break the eye contact and both were embarrassed. I get up and walk to both of them. I point at Tom and then at Anna, then at Anna again and back to Tom. Then I made a heart shape out of my fingers. They both looked at me suprised. Then they looked at eachother and blushed. "do you love me?!". Anna asks. "yes". Tom responds. "I love you too". Anna says. They got closer to eachother. They leaned in and kissed eachother on the lips. It was a bit long and passionate kiss. They looked at eachother and both were blushing. Anna hugged him and layed her head down on his chest. He hugs her back and kisses her on her head. Something good came out of this bad situation.
