When the word rogues rang through the air everyone flew into motion. We all know our parts and what our roles are.

Mine was to get my assigned kids into the safe room. I gathered all the pups and ushered them. I did a head count then relaxed in the play corner that was set up for the pups to occupy them. We have done this drill so many times they aren't even aware this was real yet.

Just minutes later the remaining women, children, and older wolves were all accounted for.

The kids were still not aware there was any problems so they were playing amongst themselves. It had been about thirty minutes.

I raced to my room and threw anything I thought was important and I would need into some bags then ran back down to the kitchen as Stewart and Calum burst through the door.

"We are leaving now." Stewart grabbed my arm a little to roughly and drug me out the door.

"What's going on Stewart? Why are we leaving suddenly without me telling my family or friends. I need to at least tell my alpha." I was getting really nervous about leaving.

"She knows now go, I got your bags." Calum said as he loaded the bags in the back of the Tahoe.

"Someone tell me what's going on!" I yelled.

"When we get home." Stewart gruffly said.

After ten minutes of riding in silence I couldn't take it anymore.

"What happened back there. Is Lyda and my pack okay?" I was getting mad know one would answer my questions.

"Your old alpha is alive and the pack will be fine" Calum spoke up.

"Her name is Lyda and she is my best friend and is not answering me. She has blocked me and she only does that when something is wrong and she doesn't think I can handle it."

"Not now!" Stewart shouted.

"Let me out of this car now then. I need to know that my pack is okay." I tried opening the door but a firm hand held me in my seat.

"Your pack is in this car and are all fine. After we get home I will introduce you to the pack and officially make you luna." Stewart loosened his grip and looked at me with a worried look.

Calum was staring at Stewart with an anxious look.

Kalen! why won't anyone tell me anything? what is going on?

What was he not telling me? Where is Lyda? Something is going on and if Stewart won't tell me then I will leave and go back to find out myself. Yes that's what I will do.

We started slowing down and I looked out the window and saw a big beautiful house. I let out a gasp.
