"Han jisung why are you late!" asked the teacher as he was very annoyed.
But jisung just ignored the teacher and sat in the back of the classroom.

"You know what? detention after school," said the teacher angry but jisung just rolled his eyes. The teacher turned back to me "Sorry about that" the teacher apologized. I just smiled in response.

"anyways I'm Mr.Kim," said the teacher. I continued smiling and nodded.

 "Now go and sit down because the class will be over in 50 minutes. I looked around the class and saw an empty seat next to a boy who looked pretty lonely. I sat next to him he looked at me surprised but also confused 

"I like your outfit" I complimented him

"Thanks, I like yours too btw I'm Chan," the boy said as he was smiling brightly

 "Thanks," I said.

"Can I ask you a question?" I asked.

"Sure" he replied

"why were you confused and surprised when I sat next to you"? 

"because it's been forever since someone sat next to me or even talked to me. The only people that do that are my friends jaemin and hyunjin who, unfortunately, "Chan said sadly.

I was about to ask another question but the bell rang which meant another class left before lunch. "

"Can I sit with you during lunch?" I quickly asked Chan while packing up my stuff.

"Sure.." he replied a bit hesitant making me think that he didn't like me but I decided to ignore that thought for now.

I smiled and left for my next class.
