All I saw was colors when the trunk pop open. Gun smoke covers the air as I fall to the ground.
Bodies was rising and falling. Bullets fall to the ground smoking. I use my hands to grab a tree behind me and lift me up.
"Run!"
I look around and then listen to the voice. My head was light as I wobble in the woods. I run up and down hills without stopping.
Pain shoots up my thighs as I run up a hill. My hands were clapping behind my back. I foot bleed all over that ground.
Every step and pebble goes deeper in my skin. Don't stop. Gun shots gets louder. Dogs barking uncontrollably.
I ran up another hill. Suddenly I lean over and land on my shoulder. I tumble down the hill for a while.
My elbow landed straight on a stone. My head landed on the ground. I use some strength to rise up with a light head.
My elbows was stiff as I run farther in the woods. A gun shot flick off a tree and landed in my eye. I kept running with one eye open.
I never though my life would end like this. Running in the woods with my hands tied behind me.
Bloody and bare foot. Bark in my eye. Full with pain. I had to focus but I couldn't because I was thinking about him and the others.
What will happen if I die? Will they miss me? My breath became raspy and my energy was running out.
I was limping to freedom. Where every it was. I was so close until the ground slip upon me. I step in a creek and bend my foot.
The pain traveled and dislocated my leg. I feel in pain. I wanted to scream and cry but I couldn't. I couldn't move.
Tears flow down my cheeks. It came. The dog was dripping with salvia. The person look down at me.
I stare at the gun point lining up with my head. I took a deep breath, preparing myself. Then the gun echoed through the woods.
