Third Person's Pov

Joshua slowly fluttered his eyes open as he felt the sunlight touch his skin. He groaned and stand up

Today's finally the day!

"Hey Josh, you awake?" A soft voice said from the other side of the wall. Joshua tiredly said a soft "yes" as an answer

"Take a bath now, you have a appointment with Dr. Lee today" Seungcheol's voice then slowly fade away

Joshua got out of bed and went into the bathroom. He then took off his clothes and showered

Joshua finally finished taking a shower and went out with a towel on his waist. He opened his closet and look for a decent clothes to wear. After scanning his closet, he then decided to wear an oversized hreen hoodie paired with his ripped jeans. He then went downstairs to eat with Seungcheol and Jihoon

"Good morning Joshua!" Seungcheol cheerfully said. He was happy that finally Joshua would take the surgery. Jihoon on the other hand was smiling while putting some food on Joshua's plate

"Good morning" Joshua replied and sat down beside Jihoon. Jihoon gave him his plate and Joshua happily ate the soup that Jihoon gave him

"Hey Josh, wanna try some rice cakes that I bought?" Said Seungcheol, Joshua opened his mouth and about to talk but got cut off by Jihoon

"Seungcheol he can't eat some rice cakes, his throat still hurts, soup is the only thing he could eat" Jihoon said and Seungcheol just nod and continued his food

"Don't worry Seungcheol Hyung, we'll eat those rice cakes when I'm fully recovered" Joshua said and smiled to Seungcheol who just smiled back

They finally finished eating and went inside Seungcheol's car. During the ride, Jihoon's phone rang. Jihoon look at his phone irritated making Joshua curious

"Who's that Jihoon?" Joshua ask and look at Jihoon's phone. He's expression turned blank after seeing the callers ID

Yoo Jeonghan

Jihoon answered the call while looking at Joshua

"What?... What do you want from him?... Jeonghan Hyung No... No you can't see him... Isn't it clear that he doesn't want to see your freaking face anymore? All three of them reached the hospital and directly went to the nurse desk

"Excuse me, we have a appointment with Dr Lee today. Do you know where he is?" Seungcheol said and the nurse then said where room was Doctor Lee in

The three stop in front of a door and Jihoon knocked in

"Dad? We're here"

"Come in" A muffled voice said

Jihoon slowly opened the door and lead the way. They sat down at the chairs in front of Dr. Lee's desk

"I'm glad that you chose the surgery Joshua, Jihoon here always updating me about your condition" Dr.  Lee said with a gentle smiled and Joshua smiled back

"I'll lead you to the operation room then" Dr. Lee stood up. Joshua and the two mimicked his actions and followed h8m outside

After walking through the corridor, all of them finally arrived at the operation room and there they saw another man sitting on one of the chairs. The man stood up after noticing them

"This is Dr. Park, he will be the one leading the operation" Dr. Lee introduced. The man bowed, the three also bowed at the man to show some respect

"Let's start the operation now, shall we?" Dr. Park said with sweet smile. Joshua gulped and nodded

"While the operation is still going, the two of you can wait here at the meantime" Dr. Lee said and wore a mask so as Dr. Park

Dr. Park signalled Joshua to follow him so he did. Joshua look back at his friends one last time before fully entering the room. Jihoon gave him a thumbs up while Seungcheol mouthed a 'You'll be alright'

Joshua smiled back at them. He was grateful for his friends. He was happy that they never left him everytime he needs them. Joshua finally entered the room and the nurses closed the door

Goodbye Yoo Jeonghan

"Joshua!!!" Jeonghan banged at the youngers door while Seungcheol and Jihoon is trying to stop him

"Joshua!!! Please open the door!!!" Jeonghan begged and kept banging the door, tears were falling down his cheeks, heart's slowly breaking down to pieces

It's been two days since Joshua had the surgery and of course, Jeonghan's doesn't know about this. Well, not until today, The day Seungcheol and Jihoon informed that Joshua already forget about him

The door slowly opened revealing a cute boy who was still in his pajamas whole rubbing his eyes. It looks like the cute boy just woke up from bed

"Hyung wha--" The boy's words were cut off when Jeonghan hugged him ever so tightly while crying on his shoulders making his shirt wet from tears.

"Josh-Joshua... I'm sorry, please tell me... tell me that Ji-Jihoon and Seungcheol Hyung is lying... You didn't forget about me right? You---you said you'll never forget me... You said we won't left each other right? Well stay fo--forever" Jeonghan said while hugging Joshua tightly. This made Joshua confused

Who is this guy? Why is he crying?

"I'm really sorry mister but I have no idea who you are, please leave" Joshua said trying to pull away from Jeonghan's tight hug. This made Jeonghan shock and pulled away from the younger. Jeonghan's eyes are still overflowing with tears as he ran out of the house

While running, Jeonghan suddenly cough. He covered his mouth with his hands and stop running. He clenched his chest as he coughed slight harshly

The coughing stop and he look at his hands. He then saw flower petals in his hands, his eyes widened at the sight and cried once again

Now it's his turn to suffer from the pain he caused to Joshua
