"Half friend?"

"I used to like him"

"What happened?"

"He rejected you?"

"Nah. He never gave me an answer and the next thing I knew he had a girlfriend and when I tried to approach him, he embarrassed me"

Nath frowned "You liked him?"

Semiloore pouted at him "I too was wondering if I was blind back then"

Christian shook his head "You were blind"

Rebecca smirked "They aren't even fine eh?"

"See who we have here" Winifred said with a smile.

"Semiloore, its been quite a while. Its good to see you"

"Sorry but its not the same here. I feel like throwing up seeing your face"

Her face flashed between green and white.

"Is that you talk to a former classmate?" Bukola asked.

"Former classmate? Did I hear you well?"

"It seems like you've made good friends at your new school. Hello everyone, I am..."

"Adeniran Winifred, Semiloore already told us your name" Rebecca interrupted.

"She did? Winifred is too long, you can call me Winnie. Its nice to meet you all" She said with a bright smile. She stretched her hand towards Nath.

"What's your name? Nice to meet you"

"Nathaniel. Sorry I don't take handshakes"

"Huh?"

They all laughed slightly.

"Its okay though. What about the rest of you?"

"Its not like you'll remember our names aftermath,why bother asking?" Peter asked calmly.

"You look and sound different from how Semiloore described you though" Rebecca said looking skeptical.

"How did she describe me?"

"Let me repeat her words, Adeniran Winifred, the biggest bitch you can think if. She thinks she has a perfect body but she actually looks stupid. She's annoying sassy and ugly. Also one of her ancestors is a monkey" Rebecca said with a straight face that the onlookers burst into laughter. Winifred's face flashed in green.

"You sounded nice just now"

"Semiloore! How dare you?!"

"That's exactly how you are like right?"

"I had thought you all would look great but here you all are. Looking ordinary while everyone treated you guys like gods"

"Excuse me?"

"Hicol Lag,its a school with dysfunctional people" Rebecca said before turning to the onlookers.

"Hi everyone,my name is Rebecca and I met a few of Hicol Lag students a few months ago. I'll tell you all something, most of them are dysfunctional people. They are crazy. Some of them ancestors were monkeys. I'll translate in the language you understand. They are brilliant and stupid, attributes of monkeys"

Everyone burst into laughter as Rebecca glanced at them "I really don't find anything great about Hicol Lag"

"What's great about your school too?" One of the girls and Rebecca gathered all her energy and smiled. She looked breathtaking in those few seconds.
