The Graphic Designer should be the type of person who has a wonderfully creative eye and they should have experience using Photoshop or a similar program. They are expected to create aesthetically pleasing graphics to enhance the effect of our works.
This person should be willing to dedicate a few hours each week to graphic making.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-- run "Graphic Contests" and hosting a monthly graphic competition
-- working with your fellow designer to create visually pleasing covers for the books
-- brainstorming ways to incorporate banners and pictures into various works
