This year is 1974 and a mysterious gate opens on Ginza without any sign of warning. Japan along with Allied and Soviets are entering their new frontier. They set up a base in Alnus Hill and repel the enemy offensives. They return to Japan and it turns out they have a mole inside International Defense Intelligence. They are under attack by the Soviet forces. They managed to repel the attack and counter it with their own attack. Allied turned refugees came into a town in five months. Allied, Soviet, and Japan are entering the heart of the Empire's land. A night before the negotiations, a tremor occurs.

Y/N POV.

It's getting quite hectic on both sides of the Gate. With Yuri is still at large, none can rest. The problem was, not many known about Yuri or what's he done. Only high ranking officers of both Soviet and Allied know about this, so the Japanese are quite confused to see both sides working together. We believe that Yuri planned to rebuild his army and tried to conquer the world again. His best chance was here, the other side of the Gate. We tried our best to make sure it doesn't happen, but luck was never on our side. Yanagida has something that's need my attention and that's why I'm here, at the tavern, discussing.

Itami: "So...what did you wanna talk to us about?"

Yanagida: "While you were away, we were approached by a very interesting visitor. Asking if we could kill a flame dragon for her."

Itami: "Do what?! We can't do that!"

Y/N: "This is a waste of my time."

Yanagida: "Just hear me out."

Y/N: "Be quick about it."

Yanagida: "The dragon showed up within the territory of the Native State of Elbe. An area that is apparently-"

Y/N: "Short version, please."

Yanagida: "That area has oil and diamond."

Y/N: "Oil?"

Yanagida: "Yes, oil."

Y/N: "Now, you have the United States of America's attention."

Itami: "O-Okay. When am I supposed to give a crap?"

Y/N: "Shut it! Let the man speak."

Yanagida: "How'd you like to go on a scouting mission?"

Itami: "Huh?"

Yanagida: "And just like before, it's the kind of mission that offers you a great deal of freedom. You'd be able to take actions outside of the initial scope."

Itami: "What are you saying?"

Yanagida: "Look, I'm just saying...that you might find yourselves on the other side of the border. And you might encounter a dragon. And you might have to kill it and bring back a few samples. If something like that were to happen, I doubt there'd be too much trouble."

Itami: "Yes, there would! You weren't there! You never saw that thing, okay?! We did! It was goddamn terrifying! Look, if its an order then I'll follow it. I don't have much choice, I'd rather we all live."
