I woke up to the sun beaming in my eyes slightly smiling at taking in my environment I decide to get up and take a shower to shortly realize I have no clothes I decide to go shopping for a few outfits for the time being I got out of the shower and threw my hair in a messy bun with my hoops grabbed my shoes and walked out grabbing some money off the counter

I walk past Ethan's door seeing it slightly cracked for some reason worry and concern rushes over me yelling at me to go inside so I slowly walk towards the door and walk inside cautiously noticing how dark it was even though it was 10am he everything shut and a bunch of whiskey bottles out in the kitchen and scattered around I instantly get nervous heading the hallway

Ethan I whisper

Nothing

I open a door all the way down the hall and see Ethan sleeping with his mouth slightly open Covered by his light snoring

He looked so cute

What the fuck is wrong with me I thought to myself

As I was about to walk out something was pulling me to stay I was hesitant at first but I started walking toward his bed slowly until I got to the edge and lightly tapping him

He didn't wake up

I lightly tapped him again only hearing him grunt a little then slowly realizing

How the fuck did you get in here he yelled

I-I'm sorry you're door was cracked open and I thought something was wrong so I came to check on you

Why the fuck would you care he said aggravated but also sad I didn't notice the dark circles under his eyes from crying?

Are you okay I asked a bit worried but concerned

I don't fucking know what does it look like what are you still doing here he yelled standing up

With him just in his boxers with his muscle toned stomach I realized I was staring

I-I'm sorry I'll leave I say contemplating if I should or not

That would be nice he says but his eyes tells me something else to stay almost?

I took my chance and walked up to him with him giving me a confused look but I hugged him and put my head in his neck he was hesitant at first but slowly hugged me back putting his head in my neck

For some reason a rush of sparks lit up in my stomach and I slowly smiled into his neck

I pulled away and looked at him in his dark broken eyes

I'll see you later Ethan and walked out of his apartment and shut the door this time and went shopping

Ethan's p.o.v

Deep down I didn't want her to leave

I felt warmth and comfort from her and when she hugged me I felt a spark go off in my stomach which was fucking weird

And where the fuck did she come from I thought to myself I shook it off and got In the shower getting ready for another day of tears being drained from my pain

I got out of the shower dressing in a long sleeve and pants leaving my hair the same and make my way to Macks coffee

As I left the house I forgot something

.... I didn't drink

I got a few cute outfits and some pajama outfits and I actually went grocery shopping I headed back to the apartment to put all my stuff away getting ready to head down to the coffee to ask for some more uniforms which they usually have extra in the back

I walked in and the fresh smell of coffee hit my nose As I saw Carly at the register

Hey girl I said walking up to her

Hey she said as her face lit up and pulled in for a hug

You working today she asked with a questioning look

No I just need some more uniforms I say laughing

Oh okay let me go get you some she says smiling

No no it's okay I got it

No it's fine what size

Medium please

Alright I'll go get it she says smiling

I see a familiar figure out of the corner of my in sitting in the corner again and sure enough it was him I decided to walk over because I kinda felt bad about leaving

Ethan I say questioning realizing he was in la la land

Ethan I say again tapping his shoulder making him back into reality

Yeah he said calmly

It took me by surprise he didn't say anything smart ass or was being a dick

I just wanted to say sorry for just leaving earlier actually coming in without you knowing I say kinda chuckling

Yeah not gonna lie that kinda creeped me out he said with a smile you could barely tell that was there causing me to get butterflies

Can I ask you something if you don't mind I say staring right at him and he did the same

Uhh I guess he said hesitantly

How long have you been drinking for I say sitting down looking sad but curious

He looked down sad and embarrassed

You don't have to answer I'm sorry that was such a stupid question I'll just go and before I could stand up I felt a warm hand on mine

No it's okay stay he said looking into my eyes

I turned giving him my full attention

I have ever since he stopped and looked down before continuing before my brother died he said as a tear rolled down his cheek

Hey it's okay I say holding onto his hand rubbing my thumb in circles

Do you want to talk somewhere else if you want I say sadly

He just nods his head standing wiping off his tear

I see Carly come out giving me my uniforms as I mouth a quick thank you to her

I continue to hold Ethan's hand as we meet in front of his apartment and walk in closing the door behind us
