How you do anything is not necessarily how you do everything. Yes it's true a sloth may be lazy all the time, but you're not a sloth. There's many ways to be and just because you're lazy at times, doesn't mean you always are. Sometimes you're lazy, other times you work hard. You can be both lazy at times and work hard at other times. Our involvement with something may have more to do with our interest in it, then it has to do with how we are "all the time". We could be 100% involved in a downhill skiing lesson, but then give 0% participation to basketball. There's many ways to be and we do things in many different ways depending on our moods, energy levels, attention and interest in a subject. How we do anything is not necessarily how we do everything, at least not all the time.
