I smiled as I looked down at Bryson as he rubbed my 8 month belly and kissed it.

"Bryson you need to get ready before they get here." I said as he rolled his eyes.

"Y/n I don't understand why your doin this in the first place you already know what's going to happen anyway." He said making me sigh.

"Maybe tonight will be different so please get ready." I said as he got up.

He smacked my ass as I walked out the room making me laugh at him and go into the kitchen to finish cooking.

Tonight I invited my family and Bryson family over for dinner but my mom strongly hates Bryson for no reason but everyone else in my family loves him even my dad and for Bryson family they all love me and even his mom loves me the only issue that we have is with my mom.

I don't understand why my mom doesn't like him cause he hasn't done anything bad to me and he never cheated on me or anything it's like she doesn't want me to be happy.

I took the food out the oven as I heard the door bell ring and I smiled and walked to the door and opened it seeing my family.

"Hey daddy hey mom." I said as they came inside along with my brother and sister.

"Look at my little girl you look so stunning." My dad said making me smile at him.

"Thank you daddy." I said as I kissed his cheek.

I heard the door bell ring and went to open it seeing Bryson mom and smiled at her.

"Hey mama." I said as she hugged me and gave my belly a kiss.

"Hey sweet heart." She said as she came in and looked for Bryson.

"He should be coming down soon he had just got out the shower." I said as she nodded her head at me.

We all went into the kitchen and soon Bryson walked in and everyone smiled except my mom.

"Hey baby." His mom said while pinching his cheek making us laugh.

"Hey mama." He said hugging her.

He greeted my mom but she ignored him so he went and greeted my dad and brother and sister.

Once we all got settled for dinner and before we did prayer the door bell rung and I went to open the door.

At the door was my ex bestfriend Michelle and I rolled my eyes at her.

"Who invited you here?" I asked her and she smiled.

"I did." My mom said coming around the corner and smiling.

"Why the fuck would you even invite her." I asked her.

"Watch the tone and plus she is basically family." She said and I just walked away.

The reason why me and Michelle aren't friends anymore is cause she tried to get with Bryson in the beginning of my pregnancy and if he hadn't told me about it I would have never knew.
