"Nyla?"
May went to the cockpit to change their course, but she saw that the door of Sanchez her bunk was closed. If Sanchez would be really upset... It would be better to check up on her.
She opened the door, and could see her laying down on her bed.
"Are you all right?"
"Simmons wants to cut all her Asguardian friends open. In this state, I'm not supposed to care about that, but why am I caring about this May? Why?"
May said nothing.
"Not that I'm scared of telling of course... But it changes a lot."
"Simmons might come to you to make her apologises. She's really sorry that she made you upset."
"I know. But why were you heading to the cockpit anyway?"
"Randolph has told us the location of the last piece. It's in Ireland."
Like being stabbed by a bee, she came right.
"Don Juan has hide the last piece in Ireland?"
"Some monks had given him shelter in the 16th century."
Sanchez murmled something.
"The illigals won't be far away. That's going to be fun."

"Are you sure that Ward's okay to go into the field?" Skye asked Coulson. They were going to head of to their location any minute.
"He's not exactly acting like himself."
"But he knows it. He'll be fine."
Skye looked at May.
"I'm with Coulson," she said, while going to the car.
"We'll keep an eye on him," Sanchez said. She was packing some... 'stuff' into a bag.
"Are... Really?"
"Skye, I know the effects of the staf, just as Randolph does. The effect is more strong on humans then on Asguardians, but he will be fine."
Skye took that as a rightfull answer, and went to the car.
"Ehm... Sanchez?"
When Sanchez looked up, she could see Simmons, standing slightly nervous next to her.
"What's it?"
"I'm sorry I-"
"Simmons, it's okay."
"But really, I just want to say before we head of that I'm really-"
"Simmons, shut your mouth for one minute," Sanchez said again. "I know you are. You're just seeing everything scientifically."
"I... Well... Okay."
She went back to the car. Sanchez rolled with her eyes.

"Well, it's been a while, I wonder. Ah, yes. There it is. Still here."
They just had entered the old church.
"Well, the nose isn't quite right. But-"
"That's you?" Fitz asked. They were looking at an old book, written in the style of the middle ages, and it was obviously very old.
"Yup. They venerated me a bit as a saint."
" They're idiots," Ward growled. "Where's the staf?"
"Upstairs," Randolp said.
They all went to the back of the church, to go upstairs.
"Is that the normal Ward, or the new angrier Ward? I can't tell," Skye mumbled.
They followed Randolp upstairs, and he went to a specific place into the wall.
"It's quiet," May said.
"What, do you think I've trusted them with my secret, if they hadn't taken the vow of silence?"
He opened something in the wall, but there was nothing in it.
"But, when you get them talking, they scream."
Everything happend really fast. Jakob Nystrom appeared from around the corner, and stabbed Randolph right through the chest with the point of the staf.
"If you want to defeat a god, you must become one."
Randolph lay on the ground, moaning in pain, and Ward tried to get the point of the staf out of him with his bare hands.
"Oh no no no no no, don't-"
Ward had the point of the staf out of Randolph, yelled an primal scream, and beated Nystrom from the first floor to the ground.
They started to fight an old-fashioned 'Let's destroy everything in our way' fight downstairs, while Sanchez kneeled by Randolph.
"Listen to me, Don Juan, because I know you can hear me. You're not going to die here, understood? If someone is going to kill you, tomorrow, or just... Ever, that's going to be me."
"We need to help him!" Skye shouted, while haven't heard anything of Sanchez her words to Randolph. She ran downstairs, and Sanchez cursed in silence. This wasn't going the right way.
"I'll get her," May shouted.
"Oh, come'on!"
In the meanwhile, Simmons had started doing CPR on Randolph.
"How is he?" Coulson asked.
"I don't know what to do," Simmons replied. "He's not human!"
"He's dying."
"Yeah, we know, but she doesn't understand his anatomy. If Sanchez-"
"Sanchez is trying to deal with a two guys who are affected by the staf, and I bet that lots of others are heading or way too," Coulson said. Without saying something, he rammed his hand into Randolph his chest.
"What-"
"O my god."
"Sometimes, you just have to jump in, and to figure your things out. Now, Asguardians regenerate faster then we do. Maybe we can keep him alive, long enough-"
"For his body to heal itself!" Simmons replied.
"Okay, where am I looking for?" Coulson asked.
"His heart."

Ward and Nystrom were still fighting around like beasts, both affected by pieces of the staf.
"Grant, drop the staf!" Skye yelled.
"Get away from me."
"Ward-"
"This isn't you," Skye said again.
The door of the church opened, and Nystrom his friends came in.
"Get back!" Ward shouted at May and Skye.
"Okay, I guess this is finally the part where I come in," Sanchez said, while opening her bag.
"Where am I having- O, there it is."
In the meanwhile, Ward had started to attack the group, with use of two pieces of the staf, while Sanchez grabbed a piece of paper.
"In the name of the order of Odin, I- Oh who the hell am I kidding. No one is listening to me anyway."
She took two swords out of her bag, while Ward was still slaughting every single one of them. she went to the first body, and took one of her swords.
"So long."
First, she stabbed every single body through the heart. After that, she parted the head from the body. She continued this action, by every single one of them.
"O my god. Ward, are you all right?"
Skye ran to Ward, took his arm, so he could lean on her, and ran away with him. When she saw what Sanchez was doing- She turned her head away.
Sanchez was decapitating people.
The door of the church went open again.
"You have to be kidding me," Skye sighed cranky.
The finaly was going to start. Petra Larsen had come.
Ward wanted to take the pieces of the staf again, but May touched his shoulder.
"This time, let me help."
"I AM GOING TO SAY IT RIGHT NOW, AND NOBODY IS GOING TO INTERRUPT ME. IN THE NAME OF THE ORDER OF ODIN, PETRA LARSEN, YOU ARE ILLEGAL, AND YOU WILL BE DESTROYED AND BROUGHT TO HELL!" Sanchez almost screamed.
May looked at Sanchez, and Sanchez rolled her eyes.
"Of you go. I'm not going to touch that hell thing in a life time."
May took the remaining pieces of the staf, yelled a kind of old shout, just like Ward did, and almost jumped right on Petra Larsen.
"Sanchez, can you- O MY GOD WHAT ARE YOU DOING?"
While leaning on one of her swords - the point of her sword was stabbing in someone his chest - , Sanchez was seriously filming the fight.
"What? Skye, shut up, go, and take care of your boyfriend."
Skye wanted to reply something very mean, but she knew that Ward needed her more now.
May attached the pieces of the staf to eachother, while Larsen was shaking her head.
"I am not affraid of you."
With a simple punch from the staf, the blound woman was unconcious.
"You've touched that thing long enough right now."
Sanchez stood behind May.
"Let it go, Melinda."
Slowly, May let the staf go.
"Now, none of you are going to touch that hellish thing anymore," Sanchez demanded.
"And now-"
She went to the unconcious body of Petra Larsen. Skye turned her head away.
The only thing she could hear, was a loudly "splat."

"Coulson did that? He just shove his hand inside?"
"He had to," Simmons replied. "I froze, didn't know what to do."
"Hey, you didn't freeze. You just weren't up to-"
Simmons her phone rang. Her parents. Again.
"Maybe I should jump in."
She pressed on "accept," and took the call.
"Hey dad."
She did a few steps away from Skye and Fitz, to talk more easily to her parents.
"Fitz... Is... I think we might have a problem."
"What do you mean?"
Skye looked at Sanchez, who was talking to Randolph.
"Sanchez decapitated fifteen people in cold blood, with swords. Isn't that frighting you?"
"I bet you're right. May hasn't said anything about it. Neither has Coulson. That doesn't feel right."
"I know. And what kind of person has two swords with her?"
"I don't know," Fitz replied.

                                                                                 *

"I know that look. You're tempted. But what is it, you want to see?"
Coulson was looking at the staf. And the look on his face... Randolph had seen it by lots of others.
"You and I have a lot in common. We've both been stabbed in the heart."
He stood up.
"I was killed. Well... Almost. I'm hazy on that. Afterwards, it's kind of a black. I have no memory of being revived, of being in a hospital. Just... Woke up, a few months later."
"And are you haunted by it, Mr. Coulson?" Randolph asked.
"No... Not exactly."
"Then what's the problem?" Randolph asked again.
"I'm supposed you're right," Coulson replied. "Can we give you a lift? Back to the university?"
"No. I guess your friend can. She owes me that. How... They don't know, isn't it?" Randolph asked. Both of them looked at Fitzsimmons, Skye, and Ward.
"They don't. And if that's her choice... So be it."
"Hm... That's extraordinairy, Mr. Coulson. But let me give you a life saving advice."
Coulson looked at Randolph, wondering what that could be.
"You just need to become desperate when even she can't help you."
"Thank you... I think I will keep that in mind. But Mr. Randolph... Can I ask you a last question?"
"You? Sure."
"I heard Sanchez calling you a few times 'Don Juan.' Why?"
Randolph grinned.
"What do you think your self?"
