"Are you coming or?" Chaeyoung's voice reached their ears, bringing them back to reality.

"She's so damn annoying." Jisoo finally voiced out her thought loudly, this time not just thinking it to herself.

"I know? I thought it was just me." Jimin agreed as he put a hand on Jisoo's back protectively and entered the house through its huge door.

There was a set of white sofas right in front of the door and an orange haired boy was laying on of them, facing the TV but was too deep in sleep to care about what was playing. Several doors were on the side and just behind the couches, there was a two-way staircase leading to whatever there is on the second floor.

Despite her not being used to all the scents in the air, Jisoo thought that it looked and felt cozy. Her mate's scent that was lingering in the air, mixed with other scents made her a little bit relaxed.

A loud growl interrupted her thoughts, her head snapped at the direction where the voice came from and a young, very good looking boy came to her view, he looked her age. She followed his eyes movement and it all clicked in her mind.

"Jimin, stand back." She warned before she grabbed his wrist and pulled him back.

"I'm home, Taehyungie." Jennie talked with her sweet voice,  moving from Jimin's side —thankfully— and reaching for the angered wolf.

"Missed me?" She said as she hugged the man tightly, "Always." He replied, his voice was deep but not scary like the growl he let out before, "Careful." He said this time softly, as he pushed her gently from him not to hurt the pup she's carrying.

Ugh, mates. Jisoo rolled her eyes at the couple and Jimin just watched them curiously, his head cocked to the side and she was wondering if he was heartbroken or something of the sort because she really couldn't read his expression at the moment.

"Such a beautiful couple." He fanboyed and Jisoo sighed in relief, she couldn't imagine him fighting with the alpha, he was clearly Jennie's mate and just the sight of Jimin —an unknown wolf— standing next to his pregnant omega clearly enraged his wolf.

"Wake up, idiot." Chaeyoung threw a pillow at the sleeping boy. "There could be intruders and you wouldn't even notice."

The boy groaned, his mouth opened to say something but then closed when he sniffed the air. He looked Jisoo's way and beamed as soon as it clicked in his mind, "The guest is here! Hi, I'm Hoseok."

He looked kind and harmless so Jisoo actually smiled back at him, not that enthusiastically but she still did. And before she could introduce herself, other people appeared, walking down the wooden staircase.

Oh, that's the sister. Jisoo thought when she spotted the girl with the bangs, but then realized that she might not be his sister, he couldn't introduce her as a pack member to the restaurant manager after all.

"New scents finally brought you down?" Taehyung, the one who seems to be Jennie's mate teased.

"Wouldn't miss it for the world." A tall man with broad shoulders talked as he leaned on the closest wall to him. The shorter man who came with him dragged his feet lazily to one of the couches and threw himself on it, not sparing them a look.

Why does this look so domestic? Jisoo looked at them confused. Like a family.. Something she never dreamed of having in her old pack.

"Namjoon talked a lot about you!" Taehyung said with a boxy smile, not noticing Jisoo's surprised face, she was shocked for two reasons. The first one being him talking to them about her and the second one is the way Taehyung called their leader with his name and without honorifics. She didn't know which fact shocked her more.

"Yeah but he never said you're this pretty." Hoseok whistled with a smug smile on his face, but that same smile disappeared when a scent flared his nostrils. Then suddenly everything went quiet, the laid back postures now straight and all heads bowed slightly.

And she understood that he's here, not that she couldn't trust her nose, no, it's just that the sudden mood and atmosphere change screamed that their leader is in the room. Her heart was palpitating in her chest.

"I see, you came." A voice she knew all too well spoke and she raised her head at the speed of light to meet his eyes.

"We meet again, as promised." Namjoon gave her a gentle smile, that definitely did not make her heart swoon.
