I'm about as normal as normal gets. Normal grades, normal friends, normal boyfriend. Even my name is normal: Emily Sarah Thompson.
Most people say being normal is boring. Be different, be yourself, don't be afraid to stand out, and all that crap.
But I like being normal. When you're normal, no one pays to much attention to you. They don't question you, or tease you, or make you step outside of your comfort zone.
Because when you're normal, you're safe.
And I need to be safe this time.
