Building the essentials

Pixal, Nya, Zane and Jay all arrived back at the monastery ready to put Zane to bed but to their surprise the cot wasn't built yet.

"Wha-why isn't the cot built??" Nya asked
"KAI BURNT THE INSTRUCTIO-"
"SHHH!!!!" Pixal said "he's asleep!" She whispered
"Sorry!" Cole said "but Kai burnt the instructions then when Lloyd got them up on his phone Kai broke that too so we just had to wait for you to get back."
"Nya and Jay can work on the cot quickly and I'll try to keep him asleep." Pixal said a quietly
"You do that. I'll get his food ready." Cole said
"I don't think Cole should make the food.." Lloyd said
"Well then I'll make it." Kai said taking the baby food to the kitchen.
"Pix you take him through to the living room and try to keep him asleep." Nya said.
"Okay." Pixal whispered as she carried Zane through to the living room.
"So can we talk normally now?" Jay asked
"As long as we are relatively quiet then we should be fine." Nya said
"How did you make this such a mess?" Jay said picking up two chords that were incorrectly attached together and pulling them apart.
"I told you! Kai burnt the instructions." Cole said
"Stop blaming everything on me!" Kai shouted from the kitchen
"SHHHH!!!" Nya shushed
"Sorry!" Kai said returning to the kitchen
"Why are these baby things so complicated??" Lloyd complained
"It's not that complicated." Nya said screwing the frame together.

Within mere minutes the cot and the high chair was built.

"Let's go get Pixal so Zane can sleep in his cot." Jay said. And the ninja crept into the living room to get their two droid friends. To their surprise when they opened the door Pixal was fast asleep on the sofa, Zane still cradled in her arms.

"Aww!" The ninja said quietly
"Let's let them get their sleep." Jay said as he went back out of the room. The others followed him and made sure to keep their voices down.

Nya carefully placed a blanket on them, then she snuck back out the room.

"Okay I've got the food ready!" Kai declared
"SHHHHH!!!" They all went "he's asleep!"
"Oh! My bad! So when will he got his food?" Kai asked
"When he wakes up. Duuh" Jay said
"Where is the kid anyway?" Kai said noticing the cot being empty.
"He's with Pixal. They're both asleep in the living room." Nya said
"Aww is no video games!?" Kai complained
"Just go on your phone Kai." Lloyd said
"Oh yeah!" Kai said whipping out his phone.
"Baby's tend to sleep for a couple of hours. I think Zane won't be awake until tomorrow morning." Nya said
"Well it's getting pretty late. Let's just call it a day shall we?" Jay yawned as he went to his room.
"We've got this babysitting thing sorted." Kai said confidently
"Easy for you to say. I don't like looking after little kids." Cole said as he went it his room
"What? You scared of toddlers?" Kai taunted
"We talked about this Kai. I just feel uncomfortable around them."
"Let's just go to bed guys. Something tells me we won't get to sleep to much until Zane is back to normal." Nya said
"Goodnight then." Lloyd said going to bed.

So the ninja all went to bed.
