Earthantay looked deep into Irefay's rage filled eyes. He knew he wasn't going to last much longer. He was going to lose the duel. The Earth would be destroyed.
"May as well give up, Earthantay!" Irefay yelled. "Don't worry. I'll make it quick." he said mockingly with a horrid laugh.
"No! I'll never give up! I may end but this beautiful planet will not." Earthantay roared. At that, he drew his long dragon claws through his Decider and right through its Core. He had lost the duel. But not to Irefay, but to himself.
If a Guardian defeats himself in a duel he keeps the attacker's planet away but destroys themself in the process.
Irefay yelled in frustration. "NO!"
Earthantay's Wings of Promises faded and his body faded into dust until he was just a fading cloud of light blue dust.
