Y/N's POV

"Lauren i have something i want to ask you..."

Lauren's POV

After Y/N started to speak i hear my phone ring in my back pocket.

"ugh its probably one of my sisters" I say annoyed

"its ok, answer it, it might be important" Y/N says in a calm sweet voice

I grab my phone from my back pocket and see that its Dani calling me. I answer the phone and see what she wants

What do you want Dani

what are you doing?

I'm with Y/N right now, now what is it

OOU don't do anything stupid

Omg shut it

Ok anyway i need to know where you put my guitar after you are Y/N's lesson the other day

Its in the music room, now can i go

Ok yes, i found it, bye rat

bye ratty

I hung up the phone with Dani and stuck my phone back into my back pocket and turned around to see Y/N sitting on the edge of the bed patiently waiting.

"sorry about that" i say sitting down next to her

"no its all good dont worry about it, what did she want?" she asks looking towards me

"she wanted to know where we put her guitar after our lesson the other day and i said.."

"the music room" we both said in sync 

We both started laughing at what just happened

Y/N than stands up and opens her phone

"hey its getting kinda late, I should probably get you back home, huh?" she says holding her hand out for me to grab. I take her hand and she pulls me up in a swift motion

"ya i guess so, even tho i dont want to go" I say wrapping my arms around Y/N's middle

"i know but we have lots of time to hang out now especially since i live down the street" she holding onto my shoulders looking into my eyes, letting a little laugh escape her small smile

She then lets go and makes sure she has her guitar and laptop with her before we head back down to the car

I told Y/N to not open my door this time cause she has some expensive stuff in her hands

after a minute of arguing she finially gave up and i opened my door and got in while Y/N carfully put the stuff she was carrying into the back seat and got into the drivers seat and starte her truck.

"I had fun tonight Lauren" she said turning to face me, taking my hand in hers and rubbing her thumb across the top

"I had even more fun" I flashed a toothless smile and her and she repeating it

"alright lets get you home Sugar" she said turning to face the road, her smiling growing cause she just called me sugar but also not letting go of my hand but hey, im not complaining

The whole way back was quiet, not awkward quiet but a comfortable silence

We arrived to Amy, Dani, and I's house and Y/N insisted on walking me up to the door

"i'll see you later Laur" she said pulling me into a hug. i hug her back snaking my arms around her neck

we pull apart but she keeps her hands on my waist making me keep my hands on her shoulders. we started into each others eyes for a bit but i kept seeing her look down at my lips then back at my eyes

"so are you just going to stand there or are you going to kiss me" i say giving Y/N a smirk

"well i was thinking about just standing here but-"

I cut her off my slamming my lips into hers, catching her offgaurd but she kisses back. we pull away from lack of air

"sorry i just couldn't help myself" i say giving her a little wink

"Ive been waiting all night for that" she says making my cheeks heat up. how does she do that?

"well your wish has been granted" I say giving her a toothless smile

"well not exactly" she says making me confused 

"what do you mean"

"Goodnigh Laur" she says letting go of my waist about to go

"wait no tell me" i say jumping down the stairs grabbing her wrist

"i dont know if you're ready yet" she says before pecking my lips "now go inside its cold, actually here" she says pulling her hoodie off causeing her shirt to pull up a bit showing her toned stomach

"hey eyes up here ms. Cim" she says laughing handing me her sweatshirt to put on

"oh shut up" i say pushing her shoulder a bit and taking the sweatshirt as I blush

"bye Y/N/N" i say opening the door

as soon as i get inside i run upstairs and put the sweatshirt on and change into some sweatpants and lay down in bed. I fall asleep thinking about how amazing today was and how amazing Y/N is.

Y/N's POV

I get back in my car and as i drive off i think about how i'm kinda glad she forgot that i wanted to ask her something because in reality its not her who isnt ready, Its me

I still think tonight went super super well, i mean it was a night with Lauren, it cant get more perfect than that.

I get home and go up to my room and change into something comfortable. I jump into bed and text Lauren goodnight. She doesn't respond so i take it as she fell asleep which i dont blame her because im tired too. I set my phone down and drift off to sleep thinking about tonight.
