It was Seokjin's 14th birthday, everything was going well, he was with his friend, gawking at hot girls, and just being a boy. It was amazing until he relized that his mother was expecting him home at 4:30 sharp, for is daily beating. Seokjin pulled out his phone to check the time, noticing it was 4:56, he started going frantic, jumping up to grab his belongings before bursting of into a full blown sprint, leaving his friend Hoseok behind, confused and worried for his bestfriend.
Seokjin arrived home at 5:00, standing, hands shaking as he put his hand on the doorknob, before opening it, the door flung open and a hand grabbed his wrist as he winced in pain. The hand pulled him inside the house and threw Seokjin against the wall. He looked up to see his mother, smoke almost comng out of her ears, "WHERE THE FUCK WERE YOU, YOU USELESS FAGGOT!?!?!?!?!" she yelled while throwing a slap to Seokjin's left cheek. Seokjin and his mother had a very strong relationship before Seokjin came out as gay, but ever sense, she had beaten him daily and made sure he always went to school with a new bruise or a limp.
People thought he was always getting into fights so they would pick fights with him on purpose to see how strong he was. He always lost because he wasnt strong, he never thought highly of himself. He had always had a big ego, even when he didnt think so highly of himself there was always room for checking himself out in the mirror and gawking at how handsome he was. He knew he really wasn't handsome but to make sure people didnt know about his insecurities, he pretended to have a big ego, he pretended he was okay
