You woke up with the sun hitting your face-- well not literally, just the rays. You rubbed your eyes and yawned, slipped out of bed and got in your Y/H robes

Once you've done everything you needed, you head down to the Great Hall for breakfast and sat on your house's table

You took some bread and some jam and put them on your plate, putting jam on the bread and taking a bite. Then you drank some pumkin juice from your goblet

Everyone was talking about the triwizard tournament wich you really didnt give a damn about. They're talking about Potter cheating to get into the competition, wich you believed he didnt

You werent really close to the golden trio, but you've... Let's say, talked to them a few times to know that he isnt lying when he said he did not put his name inside the Goblet Of Fire

And some are talking about the upcoming Yule Ball, wich you are going, just not with anyone. No one has really asked you, and you dont really mind going alone. You're just going for the food, not the literal dance.

Suddenly, you felt Wade, your friend, tap your shoulder.

You looked at him with a questioning look

"Malfoy's looking at you" he said smirking and nodded towards Draco's direction. You took a glance at where he was nodding and furrowed your eyebrows when you saw Malfoy talking to Pansy Parkinson

You rolled your eyes, "he was not" you shook your head and took another bite of your food

"he was. I bet you 5 galleons that he likes you" Wade smirked

You sigh, "he was not looking at me, and i dont bet you anything that he does not like me" you raised an eyebrow

"he really was. And this isnt the first time, Y/N. I've seen him stare at you from afar every now and then." he said

"he really doesnt" you shook your head and looked at your food

Wade raised an eyebrow, "ask the readers that" he said

"what-" when you looked up at him, he was gone. You furrowed your eyebrows and looked around the Great Hall, he wasnt anywhere

You always knew he was weird, but you're still friends with him anyways. You just sighed and your eyes landed on Draco Malfoy, he was looking at you, and when you had eye contact, he smiled at you

It was the night of the ball, and you looked wonderful in your dress, paired with some heels. Your make up looked wonderful aswell as your hair.

Everyone from your dorm has left, you were probably late for the ball, but you didnt really care since no one's really waiting for you
