In the forest, there stands the abandoned capital of a kingdom. Except, it hasn't been abandoned.
An evil druid towers over as the baron of a small, dead kingdom, a leader of no one except for the gangly willows that surround the land. They hang their slim nooses of leaves out and about, harming any who dare approach that forsaken land. That druid, the 'Baron', allows them protection in exchange for doing his horrid deeds.
Through all the attempts to enter and purge this man, he has never been seen. His face and body, any trace of him cannot be found, and we know not his name. All that us townspeople know is that he has been there even before we learned of the city's existence just two years ago.
But you ought to not wander too deep into the forest, or you'll find yourself at the mercy of strangling vines.
