Clara's pov-

As I made my way towards the living area, I started hearing the voices of the boys. I noticed that everyone was present there. I had already decided that I would talk about the letter with Nev as fast as possible. So I couldn't possibly delay it. I made my way towards Nev and everyone noticed me. Before they could say anything, I already said what I wanted to say. "Nev, we have to talk." Nev looked surprised that I had called him while others were confused about it. I am sure they were all wondering what I wanted to talk to Nev about. But I couldn't let anyone know about it, except Nev. He has to know. I have a plan and for it to work, I need Nev's cooperation. There is no way that I am risking anything by telling it to everyone.

I guess Nev understood that I didn't want others to know about whatever I was going to tell him now so he got up and said that we should talk in his office. I silently followed him and soon we reached his office. He opened the door and made sure to lock the door after I entered the office. He then walked the short distance to his desk and sat down on his chair and gestured for me to sit on the chair across him. I sat down and Nev didn't waste any more time and got down to business."So, what did you want to talk about? If it is about what we discussed yesterday then I am not going to change my decision, Clara. You know that we have to do it if we want to win this freaking war against Black."

I wasn't surprised that Nev had assumed that I wanted to talk about the training schedule; after all, I did make a whole lot of mess regarding that topic yesterday. But now we have more important things to discuss, like the letter and the fact that they will soon enough start to keep an eye on all of us if I didn't return to their side in three days. I didn't want that to happen as it would ruin all of our hard work.

"It isn't about that Nev. There is something else that we have to focus on right now. This matter should be dealt with carefully or else it will cost us all a very huge price."

"What the hell do you mean? What could be more important than training and defeating Black right now?"

I didn't say in return, just threw the letter that I had just read not a few minutes ago. Nev instantly frowned at the letter that I threw on his desk. He looked at me with the expression which said 'what the hell is this?' I didn't reply anything yet again. Nev sighed and decided to just look at the letter. Soon the letter was in Nev's hand and he gently opened the letter and read the message in the letter that was meant for me. As he read the letter, his frown disappeared and was replaced with a look of pure rage.

"What the hell does this mean?" asked Nev in a calm tone but I knew that he held the unexplainable amount of fury within him right now. I didn't know how to calm him down, so I continued with the explanation of the situation as well as the plan that I decided to put into action not too long ago. As I completed explaining everything, Nev released a huge breath and looked at me with some kind of emotion that I couldn't make out. It was silent for some time as Nev processed the information I gave him. He gave a defeated sigh and broke the silence.

"Are you sure you want to do this?"

"Yes"

I expected him to disagree or say a few words on how to be careful or even that he would keep in contact with me when the plan was to set in motion. Hell, I expected any other reaction than the one that Nev just gave.

Before I could process anything, Nev kissed me.
