The user can use it on themselves, by carefully contracting the muscles in the arms of legs to boost hits.

Can cause muscles fibers to lossen, can be used defensively. By loosening a muscle group, it will cause the muscles to suddenly go limp. Being harder to move, and the area feeling numb.

The user can use it on themselves, by relaxing their muscles before getting hit it causes less damage.

Weakness -

Very close range, vulnerable to range attacks.

Has to physical touch for muscle fiber control to take effect, is most effective when affecting one muscle group at a time. Multiple muscle groups divides the potency & control.

The effect will fade over time, but if the victim consume potassium it will fade faster.
