Welcome to hell and the happy--hazbin hotel!

Y/n woke up in what looked like a bedroom. "W where am I..." she mumbled before seeing her reflection in a mirror, she had long f/c hair, horns, pink, red, and purple eyes, fangs, bat wings, and pale pink skin. She was wearing tall f/c knee high boots, and a short dark grey dress with black fishnet leggings "w what t the..." she mumbled, confused about what was happening. Then walked out of the door of the room she was in and walked into what looked like a hotel lobby "Oh! She's awake!" a blonde demon yelled excitedly as a few other demons came out "so this is the new one?" a spider demon asked the blonde demon"Yup!" the blonde demon responded before looking at y/n "hi! I'm Charlie, princess of hell, daughter of Lucifer and the owner of the happy hotel!" charlie said" welcome to hell! What's your name?" she asked"it's y/n..." y/n responded "well y/n it's a pleasure to meet you!" Charlie said and smiled"May I introduce you to my friends?" she asked and y/n nodded and Charlie pointed to each one"That's Alastor, the radio demon. One of the most powerful demons in hell. But he's helping me with the management of my hotel." she said and smiled then pointed to someone else "That's angel dust, the biggest adult film star in all of hell. He's a pornstar, a alcoholic, a drug abuser, a drag queen, and he likes flirting....and some other things. moving on." she said and pointed to another" That's vaggie, my girlfriend and my best friend! She also helps with the hotel and always has my back, but she hates angel dust and alastor" she pointed to a cat like demon sitting at the front desk in the hotel lobby"That's husk, he manages the front desk of my hotel. He likes gambling and alcohol. " she then pointed to one last, shorter demon"and finally, this is niffty. Alastor  brought her in a few days ago, shes super cheerful and helpful! And adorable! " she said and smiled." well that's everyone in the hotel at the moment, any questions? " Charlie asked y/n"Just one... Did I end up here because of my death? " y/n asked" Yup. " Angel dust said"How did ya die anyway toots? "  " I got ran over by a drunk driver" Y/n said"Yeesh.. " Charlie said" oh and one more question" y/n said" what's the deal with this hotel? "  " oh! Well" Charlie said"Every year hell has a extermination, a group of angels are sent down here to kill off a portion of us to deal with and"solve" the overpopulation down here...and I hate it. I wanted to find a way to redeem demons so that wouldn't have to happen anymore! I built the happy hotel as a place to help redeem demons and make them better! " Charlie said with a smile.
