It was a warm day, the sunlight sarkled through the green leaves- summer was in its prime and birds chirped over head as the gray-blue and black kittypet walked through the forest, away from her Housefolks nest. She had decided to go on a short adventure and return before dark to eat, and make sure her Housefolk werent worried. As she looked up, past the leaves dancing slowly in a slight breeze she stopped and sat with a huff against a tree, to sit and rest awhile before turning back to the nest. The warm sun soaked through her fur as she lay there, listening to the birds chirp in the trees, and began to doze off. She shook herself awake- she couldnt fall asleep here away from her nest, safe with her Housefolk. But soon with the heat of the sun, and the musical of birds she dozed, and fell into a deep sleep.
