Daniel and I had taken our usual seats, I was chatting with Mira and a background character while waiting for our extinct teacher to come and actually start class. It was hard to talk when Zack's group seemed to only grow louder in volume
"I really hate that."Mira muttered to the background character and I, rolling her eyes as she tucked one of her braids behind her shoulder. She seemed a little angry or frustrated at the group, mainly the center person though, Zack
"Fast fists!" "Hot blooded!"
"Why don't you just go out with him?" The other girl smiled, tilting her head a little as her black hair fell over one of her shoulders. Honestly, in my opinion, she was pretty in her own way. "He's nice to you~"
Mire only tightened her gaze as she sighed harshly, her hands balling into loose fists. "He's always fighting!" Mira groaned softly, "He invited me out to a movie a while ago and got in another street fight!"
"Geez-crazy, I'm not suprised though." She shrugged as I just third wheeled the conversation, listening with slight interest while I also listened to the goons praising Zack loudly
"Why is that?" Mira asked, a little surprised, looking at the nameless girl with a slightly raised eyebrow. "You don't know? He, was a rising boxer in middle school."
This interested me, I hadn't learned to much about boxing myself. It'd be interesting to see some techniques, as long as they weren't used on Piggy of course. Zack didn't seem like the boxing type, he seemed more like a street fighting type
"Enough. As a boxer I'm not proud of using a straight punch to leave him groggy. I should've thrown a jab instead." He smirked evily, leaning back as he ran his fingers through his hair. I could practically see the pride radiating off of him
"Wow~ What a pro!" One of the goons with an overly sharp chin praised again, all of them soon joining in once more
This praising bullshit was starting to get annoying, does every just kiss Zack's ass or something?
A side conversation slowly caught my attention, causing me to look to the side of Zack and at Daniel once more
Daniel sat in his seat, scraping at the wood slowly as he seemed trapped in thought. He didn't even seem to notice the two girl that stood beside his desk, asking about his relationship status with calling him cutie and other cringeworthy names
Only when Zoe interrupted them did Daniel seem to slide out of thought and into the conversation, confused as always
"What's up Danny? Want to chill?" Zoe smiled sweetly, her eyes closing into her smile as she rested closer against Daniel's desk. "With me?" She added at the end, watching as the other girls around her seethed and groaned in annoyance at her behavior
