So Cloud's real parents was killed as he was kidnapped, Flynn and Angel went to his home seeing his parents dead and Angel went to save Cloud. Angel manage to kill 2 kidnappers but 1 tried to kill her, Cloud has finally had the balls to kill the guard and thats where his personality changed. His scar came from one of the kidnappers cutting it with a knife.
