TS-S.56s’ point of view:

The light comes flooding in, dragging me, rather un-ceremoniously out of the warm dream I was in. I curse whoever is at that door under my breath while my eyes scream in protest to my sudden awakening.

“You know, that’s not a very nice way to treat someone who’s come to help you.” A female voice perks up, smirking. I’m momentarily stunned by her hearing skills but then, with all the probing they do to me, I wouldn’t be surprised if they’d found a way to give themselves super hearing.

The silhouette next to her remains silent.

I snort at her and roll over, trying to reclaim the beautiful dream that they stole from me.

When I realise my attempts are futile I’m ready to scream at her. But then I notice the light is still there. The woman is still standing in the doorway. The man is halfway to my bed.

I slowly curl my body into a sitting position, peeling away the soft, warm covers that had me in a cocoon, expecting them to be doctors wanting to shove another few needles into my arm. I lick my lips before he gets too close, savouring the salty flavour of yesterday’s meal. It helps get me through the pain.

Then the people come into focus. They are wearing the same dismal grey overalls as me. Both of them have an identity clumsily printed onto their chests in the same place I do. The woman is TS-E.13. Her eyes are hidden by dark, dark sunglasses and one leg of her trousers is worn to just above her ankle.

“Who the hell are you?” I half exclaim at the man, relived that they’re not going to inject me with anything.

He blinks.

“Don’t bother talking to him,” She says “He can’t understand spoken English.”

“Well then who the hell are you?” I spit at her, suddenly scared by these new people.

“I’m part of that rescue team you were just dreaming about, that we all dream about.” I burst out laughing. They’re more messed up than me.

But then the man gets out a pen and writes on the wall four words.

I strain my eyes to see them in the dim far corner of my cell.

They read:

        WE NEED TO GO.

A.N:

I know, another part so soon. Well think of this as my little treat. I don’t know if you can work out what’s going on from these first parts, some parts will be pretty obvious but there are some things you probably won’t be able to work out yet. I’d love it if you could post your theories in the comments below.

Happy Bonfire night GUYS!!! Hehe, see what I did there. No? Well my humour is just wasted on you then.

Oh, and here is the dedication Boopitsme as promised, I’m gonna do the same thing again; first comment gets the next part dedicated to them. Boopitsme is excluded this time because you got this part.

And I’d love it if you could vote or comment if you’re enjoying this so far. And if there are more parts to read then read them!
