Being alone isn't lonely
Its comfort from the conformists of man
Its the park in a city
It's the sand beneath your toes
It's the comfort you received
It's the corner at parties
It's the blanket in the dark
Alone isn't alone
It's the want to be alone
Alone never allows you to be adrift
It holds you in it's arms and sings
It wraps you when your cold
It feeds you when you're hungry
It's there when you first entered the world
It'll be there when you leave
Alone is never alone
Alone doesn't like lonely
Lonely is the CRASHER of parties
The breaker of windows
The water over the fire
Lonely wants to be with Alone
Because it's afraid to be a-lone
But who invited fear to the party?
Fear encourages Lonely
To antagonize the alone
for lonely is always alone
It's best to keep the doors locked when you're alone
Because lonely comes knocking not long after
Reminding you of the people who aren't knocking
The people you don't know
The people you want the world to show
The life you never noticed that was
alone
