It had been very strange to hear about the experience she'd had. That she'd talked to their mum and in a way it had connected them even more. He did believe her about it all, he'd talked about it several times with her. Knowing that their mum had agreed with him and Harry accepting Kate as their little sister. It had secured their bond even more in a way. They weren't going to ridicule the experience she'd had. She was a scientist, if she'd said she'd been through that experience, than they believed her.

"Girl?" William asked her, running his hand up and down her arm, hoping he would be able to comfort her a little bit. "Yes, they said it was a little girl, I killed her though." Kate told him as she tried to pull away from her brother but William only tightened his hold on her. "Glen won't be able to hold her like he hoped for. I killed her, how can he even look at me? How can any of you look at me?" Kate asked them as she tried to pull away from William but he wouldn't let her as she started to sob in his arms.

"I can't do this anymore Will. The screams, the bullets, the explosions, the cries of everyone, the death, the blood I fell into. It's all in my brain and I can't get it out." Kate told him as she scratched the side of her head with her good hand as if she wanted to scratch it all out. She continued to cry hard, so much that she hadn't even noticed Glen approaching them. She hadn't even noticed when William made place for Glen and he wrapped his arm around her. William going to sit on the other side of her.

"I was responsible, I killed them all and our little girl. Glen's supposed to hate me. All of you should." Kate continued to cry and gasp for breath as Glen kissed the side of her head as tears continued to run down her cheeks.

"I don't hate you." Glen whispered as Kate's head whipped around to look at Glen in surprise. The moment she realised Glen was sat beside her she pulled away but he, much like William wouldn't let her get away.

"I killed our baby, I killed her, how can you even look at me?" Kate asked him as she started to fight against his hold. Ignoring the pull in her stomach and the pain shooting through her shoulder. But the more she fought him, the stronger his hold on her got as he pulled her into his chest. He whispered comforting things of love and care in her ear whilst sharing a look with William over her head.

"I just want to forget, I should have died, than I wouldn't remember." Kate finally said in a tone of defeat. Sometimes it was easier to wish for death in her case. The entire ordeal wouldn't be played on repeat in front of her eyes. She couldn't get away from it.

"Don't say that." Both William and Glen said angrily as she lay limp in Glen's arm and lap.

"You're still with us." Glen whispered as he held his crying fiancé in his arms, tears streaming down his own cheeks. It hurt him to hear her like this, that she'd wish for dead instead of life.

Kate however took her chance when she felt his arms around her relax. She jumped up and started to walk away rather quickly. She wanted to cry on her own, wanted to pity in her guilt for killing her little girl all by herself. It would have been this Christmas when they would have been able to welcome their little girl. Instead there wouldn't be a baby at all.

"Kate?" Glen called out to her as she started to run off but sunk through her knees when what little stamina she had ran out. She crashed with the ground, first her knees and then she started to hit the ground rather hardly with her good fist.

"I'll get the doctor." William stated when they reached her and they realised the state she was in. She was in full blown panic mode as she hit the floor over and over again in a hysterical manner.

"I love you sweetheart, you didn't kill our baby sweetheart. Those monsters did, I love you." Glen repeated over and over again till the doctor appeared. He'd been able to calm her down a tiny bit, but it wasn't enough. Glen picked her up and carried her up the stairs and into their room. The doctor immediately sedated her for the night before promising to be by next thing in the morning. Glen thanked William before he started to wash off the dirt from his fiancé's knees and hands from where she'd hit the ground.
