Right now though it seemed like the biggest thing to her, whatever took her mind of what was bothering her. If she could focus on that she wouldn't have to think about her own problems. She noticed in the distance one of the PO's checking on her from around the house. "I'm alright, just needed some fresh air." she called out to him and she could see him nod his head in understanding before she got up and distanced herself a bit more from the house.

The moon above her with the stars, whatever she tried, she couldn't take her mind of the nightmares that testered her mind. She'd killed her baby and no matter what that strange experience had told her. she knew it had been real, but whenever she told someone they thought she was crazy. It wasn't alright to her still that Diana may or may not care for her little one. Kate was supposed to be taking care of her when she was born in a few months. Being cared by her and Glen.

She'd taken away that opportunity in her attempt to save lives at the museum. No matter how many people she'd save, which had apparently been 63 people. That she'd saved all by herself, together with her team they'd saved even more people by letting them through that doorway. All of that seemed irrelevant when she figured the cost of it, which was her baby's life. She couldn't understand how Glen could still look at her and be with her, support her through everything.

She'd killed his baby, his little girl he'd been hoping for. Sitting down on the swing under the willow trees, 30 meters behind the house. Her knees bending so she swung a little as she tilted her head back a little. Looking up at the sky had always been something which enabled her to calm down. But right now, nothing was able to calm her down, she wouldn't start taking medication like Charles had told her to do. She wasn't crazy, she didn't need medication to deal with the things.

Nothing would ever be the same after that faithful day. June 18th 2018 would be forever engraved in the minds of the British people and the world. 216 people had died, all of them due to the attack, all of which she'd been responsible off as the director of the museum. Their day out, hoping for a day of education at the museum had turned into one of horror.

It was rather 217 if she counted her dead baby amongst the dead of the attack. Covering her stomach with her free hand, she couldn't stop the tears that made it's way down her cheeks. Everyone was telling her how to feel, that she should be lucky to still be alive. She wondered how Miranda and Lexi felt. How everyone else of her team felt who'd been there. If they felt as guilty for surviving as she did. They didn't have to carry the guilt of knowing they'd killed their unborn child though, something that she would have to carry. Only she had done that, her decision had lead to it.

No matter what people told her to feel, what they told her to do or take in the form of medication. Nothing would bring their baby back or could erase the memories from that day. All of which had returned by the days she'd been awake, slow, piece by piece it had all returned. She'd rather have forgotten all about it. She remembered the screaming, the bullets, the explosions, the cries of agony, fear, pain and grievance.

"Hey." A voice said to her right and she nearly shot through the foilage of the tree she was sat under. "It's alright, it's just me sis." William told her in a soft and reassuring tone as he sat down on the swing beside her. "What are you doing here all by yourself?" William asked her as she shrugged her shoulders, but let out a wince of pain when it shot through her injured shoulder.

"I killed my baby." she said out loud for the first time as tears filled her eyes and all of a sudden she was gasping for breath. Like an elephant had been sat on her chest and she couldn't catch her breath. "I killed our little girl." Kate cried repetitively as William wrapped his arms around her in an attempt to comfort his little sister.

They'd all tried to help her, him, Harry, Catherine, his father, his grandmother, Camilla, Glen, her own grandparents. Everyone had tried to help her, but they couldn't do much more than what they were doing. Kate wasn't letting them in and nothing could be done as long as she tried to shut them all out.
