Rest. If not, try & don't give up. Rest :)

Since the promise of entering his rest still stands, let us be careful that none of you be found to have fallen short of it. For we also have had preached to us, just as they did; but the message they heard was of no value to them, because those who heard did not combine it with faith (Many manuscripts because they did not share in the faith of those who obeyed). Now we who have believed enter that rest, just as God has said,

"So I declared on oath in my anger,
'They shall never enter my rest.' (Psalm 95:11; also in verse 4)

And yet his work has been finished since the creation of the world. For somewhere he has spoken about the seventh day in the words: "And on the seventh day God rested from all his work." (Genesis 2:2) And again in the passage above he says, "They shall never enter my rest."

It still remains that some will enter that rest, and those who formerly had the gospel preached to them did not go in, because of their disobedience. Therefore God again set a certain day, calling it Today, when a long time later he spoke through David, as was, said before:

"Today, if you hear his voice,
do not harden your hearts." (Psalm 95:7-8)

For if Joshua had given them rest, God   would not have spoken later about another day. There remains, then, a Sabbath-rest for the people of God; for anyone who enters God's rest also rests from his own work, just as God did from his. Let us, therefore, make every effort to enter that rest, so that no one will fall by following their example of disobedience.

For the word of God is living and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, jounts and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart. Nothing in all creation is hidden from God's sight. Everything is uncovered and laid bare before the eyes of him to whom we must give account.

Reflection:

Try to have a rest for awhile before going again to our work. Si Ama nga nagpapahinga. Tayo pa kaya? Hindi ko alam kung kailan darating Ang promise niya na pagkakaroon ng second coming ni Jesus Christ at buhay ng walang hanggang. Siguro wala akong tiwala. O wala talaga akong tiwala. Pero kung wala akong tiwala, bakit ako nagsusulat ng mga ito? Ano ito pakulo lang para sumikat bilang isang manunulat? O baka matawag akong insane? O baka sabihin ng mga tao na "Wala lang iyan magawa kasi wala siyang permanenteng trabaho. Di natin siya katulad na masipag, matalino. Di siya pagkakatiwalaan kasi puro salita lang siya. Eh di naman siya nag-aral at kumuha ng lisensya para gawin ito! Kaya sino naman ako sa inyo para para sumulat nitong gospel.

Sa bagay, baka di ko naman sinusunod ang nakasulat sa gospel. Di ko naman masyadong naintindihan Ang sinasabi ni Kiko / Dora Michael ng PSA. Pinangalan ko na lang ang kausap ko. Basta narinig ko lang na binigkas niya nung minsan ang pangalan na Kiko kaya iyon ang pangalan ng spirit. I am not sure kung spirit nga siya. Di ko naman siya nakita. Siguro siya ung napakagandang apoy na nakita ko. Isang beses lang po iyon nung gabi nakakapagsalita ako ng tongues of fire. Kakaibang appt Ang nakita ko. Mabagal at kalmado ang apoy nito. Parang led light ang kulay. Lumulutang ang apoy sa ere. Wala po itong ingay. Tahimik lang po ito lumulutang sa bandang kanan ko. Akala ko nga na nakabukas ang induction stove ko sa rented room pero naalala ko na inalis namin ni Ben ang eletrical plug ng stove. At isa pa, di naman magliliyab ng ganitong ball of fire. Puti po ang kulay ng apoy. Napakagandang tingnan at bigla akong nakaramdam ng konting takot. Baka magsalita ang apoy o may magpakita ng multo, halimaw, hayop o kung ano sa kwarto.

Natutulog ang kapatid ko noon sa kwarto. May dalawa kaming higaan. Tig-isa kami at bigla akong nagising. Pagkatapos lumingon ako sa bandang kanan ng aking unan at nakita ko ang kakaibang apoy.
