Prologue

In my opinion, 'I trust you' sounds better than 'I love you'. You may not trust the ones you love, but you can love the ones you trust.

Honestly, I don't even know what I'm doing in his house. I've only met him for a short while, yet he has the abilities to make me feel safe and secure whenever I'm around him. Is this even possible?

"Blair," I looked up at him and made eye contact. His intense staring was making me shuffling in my seat as I looked away. "Blair, look at me," I turned towards him again. I feel my heart beating faster and my palms started sweating. This made me furrow my brows in confusion. While I was deep in my own thoughts, he spoke again.

"I trust you," he mumbled softly. This made the corners of my lips curve up, "I trust you too Calum."
