"i thought you would say that. I had someone follow her and get the son's DNA. The results will come out tomorrow" she said

My mum was determined to find out and i knew i couldn't stop that.

When the next day came, she barges in again.

"JIMIN! GET MY GRANDCHILD!" she shouted

She puts an envelope infront of me and i checked it

I read it and saw that our DNA were 99.95% similar

That means that JaeMin is MY son!

My eyes widened.

I rushed out of the company with my mum and drove to y/n's parents house.

My mum rang the doorbell countless times till a maid opened it.

She barges in and went inside the house

"Soojin? What on earth?" y/n's mum was shocked

"MinHae. Where is my grandchild?" she asked her

"what? What are you talking about?" Mrs. Choi was confused

"Where is my Son's Child!" my mum screamed

"SooJin- "

"mum? What's going on?" Y/n was at the top of the stairs and she walked down to her mum

I looked at her and she narrowed her eyes at me

"y/n! How could you hide Jimin's son from him!" my mum shouted

Y/n's eyes widened

"y/n. What is she talking about?" her mum asked her

"mum- " y/n hesitated

"she gave birth to JIMIN'S Child and hid it from all of us!" my mum said

"y/n? Is this true? Is JaeMin Jimin's son?" she asked y/n

"I-i-" y/n stuttered

"mummy. What's going on?" JaeMin rubbed his eyes and slowly walked down the stairs whilst holding onto the railings

She went up to him and picked him up and went down

"oh! My grandchild!" my mum was about to take him from her but y/n backed away

JaeMin looked confused as he laid his head onto Y/n's shoulders whilst looking at us

He does look like me. Why is she hiding it?

"we have proof that Jimin is the father" my mum said as she handed the envelope to y/n's mum.

She read it and her eyes widened

"you checked up on MY child?!" she raised her voice at us

"Jimin is also the parent of JaeMin!" my mum said

"mum! Is this my father?!" JaeMin asked her

"shhhh baby" she said and put his head back down

" you have completely cut Jimin from his responsibilities!" my mum said

"he is MY child!" y/n shouted and ran upstairs

My mum cried and she was about to faint.

Y/n's mum helped her to the sofa.

"oh! My sins!" my mum cried

I went up to see y/n in her room and she was packing. JaeMin was crying.

"I DONT WANT TO LEAVE!" He cried

"JaeMin stop it! Listen to me! We have to go!" she told him

I burst in and y/n pulled JaeMin behind her

"Go away Jimin!" she said

"y/n. What are you doing?" i asked her

She packed and was leaving with bags

"y/n stop!" i took hold of the bag but she let go and just carried JaeMin and ran down the stairs

I chased after her. She put JaeMin down and was about to go out

"Y/n! Please! Stop! Why are you doing this?!" i asked her and grabbed her wrist

"Jimin let me go!" she tried to get off of my grip

"y/n talk to me!" i told her

"okay! I'll talk to you! You wanna know so badly?! You were the one who rejected me! You were the one who didn't trust me! You were the one who left me behind Jimin! You didn't believe that JaeMin was your son 4 years ago SO KEEP BELIEVING LIKE THAT!"

She shouted and i realized all those faults. I released her hand and stares at her hurt face

"FOR 4 YEARS I'VE BEEN ALONE! I RAISED OUR SON ALONE! YOU DID NOTHING! FOR 4 YEARS STRAIGHT, I STRUGGLED AND CRIED FOR HELP ALONE! I CHANGED HIS DIAPER EVERY TIME! I GAVE HIM BATHS! I FED HIM! YOU DID NOTHING!"

Our parents were listening and i could here my mum crying harder.

"FOR 4 GOD DAMN YEARS, I MANAGED TO GET BY WITHOUT YOU!"

By this time, y/n started tearing up too. I felt the guilt build up in me. I hated myself for letting her go. I hated that i didn't trusted her..

"You were the one who abandoned us Jimin. Don't think you can get us back that easily" she said and wiped her tears with the back of her hands

She turned around and picked up JaeMin

My mum ran to y/n but she was too late.

Y/n left.

My mum started bawling and Mrs. Choi tried to calm her down. She apologized to y/n's mum over and over again and i couldn't do anything.

I was the one who was in the wrong..
